The Tower Scaffold I ordered, was not the one delivered to me. It appears that the local hire firm that SAB 'sub-let' the hiring task to, did not have my ordered size, so simply sent the 'nearest one' to that size --Which consequentely I could not use, as limited access space dictated the actual size I had originally ordered. To their credit, SAB then promptly found an alternative local company, who promptly delivered the correct size tower. One of the four stabilizers for this Tower had a seized clamp, so the supplied was techically unsafe for use.
If hiring again, I would deal only direct with a local Tool Hire Company. The SAB system of hiring has too many people involved. Keep your contact chain short I would advise.

The process you provided was smooth and efficient and very good value. Unfortunately the size of the access tower was not what I ordered, it was a 2.5m long system not 1.8m. This meant that it was harder to erect on my own, particularly raising the platforms.

Simple, easy, efficient, professional, on time and very good value for money 👍

I would be very wary of using this company for its services. I have had a terrible experience in hiring a tower through them. I would give a zero star if that was an option.
I am still pursuing in trying to get my money back and not very accommadating. Keep giving excuse after excuse. I would avoid them so you are not disappointed.

Item delivered was faulty . Replacement was sorted for next day but was too late for job as my garden team were there . So item didn't get used

Great service and delivery

Used SAB to order a scaffold tower. The tower was delivered at the time and date I ordered, and was delivered by a very helpful driver who even helped me to get it all into my back garden.
When I was finished with it, again the tower was collected at the time agreed.
Price was way less than going through other hire companies, and although there was no assembly instructions, there are plenty of YouTube videos if you are struggling.
Will be using SAB again when needed and would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again

Easy to order the tower, delivered as arranged at the date and time

Be very mindful when you hire from SAB - that communication is very difficult.
Also that Easter is a very busy time and collecting equipment is difficult due to high demand. (made to feel this is the customers problem)

A lot of wasted time waiting for pick up. over 6 hours over 3 days - still await pick up

3 failed attempts
Brandon hire did not turn up for 1st slot as advised by SAB
Bradon hire sent out text for second collection. But would not come down street as too narrow due to parked cars. No call from driver.
when I called Brandon hire refused to take phone call about pick up - as SAB is customer.
SAB - unable to sort
3rd pick up slot again text for pick up and 2 hour window + number to call for enquires.
- driver "ran out of time" did not come to property

Now expected to be at property for a 4th attempt at pick up.

no refund partial or in full for my wasted time.
SAB told me my anger and the intention to leave negative review (actually frustration at wasted time) was misplaced as it is Brandon Hire who are at fault.
BUT Brandon Hire wont take calls from me about this as SAB the customer.

Won't use SAB again.
hopefully equipment will be picked up on 4th attempt. and 4th day.
asked for exact time for pick up on the 4th attempt. Told this is not possible. Even on a 4th attempt.

Not a happy customer.

Absolutely fantastic. Ordered the tower online, got delivered the next day. Texts/calls received advising when on way to drop n pick up. Delivery drivers fabulous. Equipment in great condition.
Only needed it for 1 day, but £120 for a week is a bargain
