Dear John - I'm not sure if you are the same person who left the other lovely review about our vermouth but if so, thanks for leaving two and if not, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely endorsement of our vermouth! I'm not sure how you are drinking it but it was created to use in Vesper Martini and is the closest equivalent to Kina Lillet, the vermouth named in the very first Vesper serve in Casino Royale. It's also delicious neat over ice (or not, depending on your preference) and topped up with your favourite sparkling wine. Enjoy - and have a lovely weekend! Best wishes, Hilary
Old tom Gin is the new kid in town
London dry gin can be highly homogenistic, that same old numb juniper sting and the show is all over.
Old Tom Gin from the truly artisan crew at Sacred Spirits is the breath of fresh air I've been waiting for. Smoother than a baby's bottom, but hypnotizing and utterly enchanting with a myriad of flavors to tease the taste buds with.
Used with Sacred Spirits own Extra dry vermouth moves the drinking experience to a whole new level.
For me, this is, by far the finest gin I have yet have the pleasure of drinking. Highly recommended 10/10 A1 +

It also makes a great Martinez if you use the Spiced Vermouth - you can find the serve on our website. Thank you once again. Best wishes, Hilary

Dear Yvonne - thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to write a review on Trustpilot. We are a very small company and try our best to offer our customers the best possible experience so it's very much appreciated.
Obviously we are delighted that you are using Rosehip Cup in your Negronis and I wondered what gin and vermouth you were using? Sacred English Spiced Vermouth was the first English vermouth on the market and was created especially for a Negroni - but it's also very delicious neat over ice and garnished with orange (a twist or a slice - whichever you prefer). It's also delicious mixed with dark spirits. Not surprisingly, we think Sacred Gin is great in a Negroni too and you might also be interested to know that Rules (London's oldest restaurant) uses Sacred Cardamom Gin for it's Negronis, although the proportions are slightly different to the traditional ratios. They use 35ml Sacred Cardamom Gin, 25ml Sacred Rosehip and Cup and 15ml Sacred English Spiced Vermouth.
Have a lovely weekend and enjoy a Negroni or two! Best wishes, Hilary

Dear Renate - I'm so pleased that you found our website easy to use and that the delivery was prompt. It's so kind of you to leave a review on Trustpilot and we really appreciate it - if you are ever in north London you must come and visit the distillery - or even join us for a distillery visit! See our website for details. Once again, thank you so much - best wishes, Hilary
Wonderful product
Wonderful product, love the taste and flavour.
Delivery company, not so good. Clearly, I wasn't fast enough in answering the door, and arrived at the door as delivery driver 'dropped' package on the stone porch floor.
I was amazed and delighted that neither bottle was broken, but that thanks to your marvellous packaging.

Dear Amanda, thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to leave a review although I am sorry that the delivery was so careless and will speak to the courier firm about this.
As you probably know, Sacred Cardamom Gin makes a great G&T. It's particularly good for a long drink as you can use a very generous amount of ice and tonic and the aroma of the cardamom still sings out of the glass - which is extremely tempting in this hot weather! However, did you know that it is also delicious served with ginger beer with a squeeze of lime juice or in an Espresso Martini? And Rules, London's oldest restaurant uses it in it's Negronis, along with Sacred Rosehip Cup and Sacred English Spiced Vermouth.
I hope that's given you a few more ideas of how to enjoy your bottle(s) of Sacred Cardamom Gin and have a lovely weekend! Best wishes, Hilary
English Amber Vermouth
Your English Amber Vermouth was recommended to us for the most authentic Vesper Martini. This is our third bottle from you, and it is the perfect replacement for the now discontinued Kina Lillet. Your service is always friendly, professional and prompt. Thank you!

Dear Judi - thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to leave such a lovely review on Trustpilot! We try very hard to give our customers the best possible experience so your generous words are very much appreciated. By the the way, did you know that the Amber Vermouth is very delicious on its own - over ice or room temperature, however you prefer - with a slice of orange or try it as a spritz (you can find the serve on our website) and Simpsom's on the Strand are using it in a delicious cocktail with sherry and ginger - although I'm afraid I don't have the recipe for that!
I hope you have a lovely weekend - with a glass of Sacred in your hand! Thank you so much for all your support. Best wishes, Hilary

Dear Keith - thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to leave a review on Trustpilot. We are a small indpendent company and your support means a huge amount to us. I hope you are enjoying your bottle of Sacred Old Tom Gin - obviously it makes a great G&T but it's also delicious in a Martinez (along with Sacred English Spiced Vermouth) or a Tom Collins - you can find the recipes on our website. And in the meantime, have a lovely weekend - nearly there! Best wishes, Hilary

Dear Andrew -thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to write a review.
I'm sure you were aware that Sacred English Amber Vermouth makes a great Vesper but did you know it can be enjoyed over ice (or not) with a slice of orange. It also makes a delicious spritz (see our website for the recipe) or serve in a tall glass over ice topped up with Fever-Tree White Grape and Apricot Soda - very thirst quenching in this weather!
In the meantime, have a great weekend! Best wishes, Hilary
Ordered Online. Arrived Promptly. Very well packed.
