I recently returned from my Umrah journey, and I cannot thank Safa and Marwa enough for making this spiritual experience so seamless and memorable. From start to finish, everything went perfectly.

The guidance and support provided by the team were incredibly helpful, and the accommodations were great, providing comfort and convenience throughout the trip. The customer service was truly outstanding, they were attentive and professional, and they even ensured my special transport was arranged separately without any issues.

Excellent customer service - initially we spoke to Faiza and then worked with brother Hamzah, who was really helpful and accommodating and answered all questions. The transport service was great but be prepared for delays as Makkah is very busy. Hotels were amazing and stones throw from the Haramain. Throughly enjoyed our Umrah trip.

Working with Sawera to get my booking and visas sorted. The process as been smooth and communication has been good!

Company should be banned from trading because of illegal practices

Paid for a package which included Pullman Zamzam hotel in Makkah almost a year in advance, a few months prior to flying out we was told this hotel is no longer available at the price we paid, they are trying to get an alternative hotel. They would continue to make excuses and make false promises, I've excersised patience but they would continously almost on a daily basis promise a call back or my hotel voucher. Both Hamza, his manager Numana and other colleagues will tell me this lie. Other colleagues will tell me I'm not their client and don't have my information to be able to help me.

When I spoke with the very rude manager Numan, he suggested his terms and conditions say that the prices can change and we are not entitled to a refund, when I tried to explain package travel regulations he yelled 'don't threaten me" he firmly believes he can put what he wants in t&c's and your rights as a consumer don't matter.

All they way up to the time I was standing at the gate about to fly despite booking almost a year in advance, I still don't have hotel vouchers, in the end with my arms twisted I had to agree to stay in two different hotels in Makkah which was a huge inconvenience and neither was the hotel I paid for. I was threatened with either this or they would refund an amount got Makkah hotel which would not be an adequate amount to now find a hotel.

I queried about Umrah for the family and received a good quote. I spoke to Maria Akram, who is a professional and very polite. She has provided all the information I requested and found the hotels I wanted to stay at. I was about to book, but I had to cancel due to health reasons. I was hospitalised and got unwell, InShahAllah when I get better I will book again

Alhamdulillah, and incredibly easy booking process through Arbaaz but he left and our superstar HAMZA looked after us.
Booking was very easy once you have the hotel in mind and dates they will search endlessly for a good deal, when compared to other prices they were the best.
We booked 10nts total 6Mecca/4Madinah. Prior to departure HAMZA was soo helpful with sending our Visa documents, Hotel Vouchers, Transfer contact number. The price was extremely competitive and the best we found for our dates and hotels. When Anjum became unavailable a free of charge move to Hilton Convention (even closer to the Haram) became our option with no extra cost from our side. We had support and communication throughout our trip and one issue when checking in to our Madinah hotel Hamza sorted with a quick call as he was always on the other side of WhatsApp.
Sabr must be at the heart of your journey and whenever there is a Hiccup remember Allah is the best of planners whether it's a 5minute or longer delay, when patience was observed everything continued smoothly.
It was our first ever Umrah and I would highly recommend and insha'Allah soon we will try to book again for December/January through Hamza and Safa Marwa Travel. JazakAllah and Duas with you all.

Hamza from Safah Marwah travels was excellent. From start to finish, the process was so smooth and any questions that you had, he answered straight away without any hesitation. From flights, hotel, transfers, ziyyarats, umrah guide and visas, everything was included and fab. Pick up times were always on time and everything was private to make your spiritual journey, that more special. Would defo recommend him and will defo be booking again with him. First I was going to book with this company, Mr Hamza told me the price, then when I found out from another company he was offering a package £250 more expensive per person! I decided obviously not to go ahead. He did offer me to secure the package £100 deposit which is refundable if I didn’t want to go ahead with the package, then once I told him the price difference and didn’t want to proceed! It’s been now 5 weeks I haven’t received my refund! Moreover they used my bank details as they had everything, for online purchases!!! This company is a scam! Very bad customer service! They are still not giving my refund! Not helpful at all. And they don’t even let u speak to the manager!!

Great customer service from Hamza he was patient and polite and was able to get me good deals for the trip found me hotels I requested with good prices
