I purchased the camera. It doesn't work. I have sent 3 emails asking for return address as I want refund but am getting no reply. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought the piece of trash.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from this company. After seeing multiple online adverts, I decided to buy their cameras—but it’s been a very disappointing experience.

I requested a refund, and 4 weeks later it’s still pending with no clear resolution. This is far beyond what’s reasonable and doesn’t align with basic consumer rights.

Communication has been poor, and it feels like they are deliberately delaying the process. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Dishonest company. You DO NEED a subscription. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgraceful customers service. This company should have not been removed and banned from trading.

Keep well away from this company, doorbell broke after 8 months and they are refusing a replacement. Like others say you HAVE to buy a subscription with the seeing app even though it says no need for subscription. Customer service have now stopped responding to my messages. I really hope this will help avoiding this company

I purchased two cameras from these jokers tried to send them back because they were wrong within two days and they called me a liar and said it’s too late. You’ve taken them out the box which I hadn’t which I took one out of the box to see what it was like and was told you couldn’t return them because the seal has been broken so I couldn’t return them at all they also said that it was out of the 30 day warranty what liars two days and I’ve informed them not 20 not 30 but two days

Thank goodness I kept good records and took photos of what I bought and what was sent.
The sheer arrogance of this company is beyond belief.

Hello I am a customer who purchased a door belle , you can read my review, what I can’t understand is why the company is still trading or is not under investigation, this company is clearly a SCAM taking innocent peoples money.

Then I look at their returns policy 🤬
" you must pay for your own shipping to return"
"We will take the shipping money off your refund"
If they tey and take my own money I have spent to send this item back to them I will go to the police

I saw the advertisement on Facebook and placed the order. As I was paying I saw £5.99 next day delivery their registered address was London so I placed the order I waited and waited no delivery. I emailed and Sarah replied “it’s on its way give it a bit longer “ I emailed again explaining the urgency and finally on day 8 the box arrived. It wouldn’t take a genius to know that next day delivery no matter the cost is not possible from Asia. The USB cable is tiny impossible to keep plugged in when you use the QR code for registration the APP wants payment. The company money back guarantee is based on you not opening the package so how do you know whether it is suitable? English Law does allow your money back and believe me I have tried. This is a SCAM 98 % 1 star and tonight this item is still available for purchase on Facebook STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY

Doorbell stop recharging only had it 4mths took me 2wks to get hold of someone who said no refund or replacement out of warranty. They say no subscription that's a lie do not buy from this company total rip off merchants and im not the only one to say that if I could give minus stars they would get it once again DO NOT BUY

I ordered two, can't get them to work. When I went to their website to ask how to return them. The site won't come up

Purchased 3 window cams from Safe View for £95.97. Opened 1 box which was NOT sealed, USB cable far too short! Should have been 2m long, actually 0.508m (20 inches). Does NOT even reach the window, USELESS product. Company asked me to fill out a request form twice, when I asked for a refund. Kept forwarding emails & they stated they will NOT refund me, as the tamper seal/security seal is broken? Does NOT have ANY seals on product or on box. I requested a refund for the 2 cams I didn't open, but they will NOT refund me. I didn't even use or open Memory Card/ Screws & Plugs or Sticky Pads. MASSIVE SCAM!

Please don't order anything from this company, they are a scam company. I ordered a doorbell and I couldn't get it to work. I emailed them the next day explaining this and asked them how to return it. I got an email saying as I opened it, I couldn't return and the decision was final and closed, they wouldn't be able to offer further correspondence regarding this matter. I paid £52.98 including delivery so I contacted my bank and they are investigating my claim and have put £52.98 back into my account. For the people who feel they have been scammed, contact your bank. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

If I could give no stars I would. I received a different camera to the one advertised with a 1ft usb cable for a product that needs to be plugged in! So a further purchase is required.
Tried to return and it’s impossible despite the company contravening consumer law.
Night vision is poor and it disconnects often

I ordered 2 of these cameras as it stated no subscription required. I have only opened one of them. The SD card they provide us not recognised and the camera does not record anything. They have refused to refund as I have opened the item. I informed them I still have one unopened camera and wish to return for a full refund. They are refusing a refund.
I thought when items are purchased online you have more consumer rights than when purchased in a shop. Can they refuse to refund or accept my return

On the 17th February I paid for an qualified engineer to install the doorbell. I took out Camtro subscription for video surveillance. Within 2 hours it stopped working and I cancelled my subscription with Camtro. They have not reply to any of my request for my money to be refunded.

The camera doesn't format with the free memory card it keeps trying to make you subscribe to the cloud which I don't want have contacted the supplier but deaf ears

Don't waste your money on this night vision is shocking they say it clear but that is not true. Also the wee square you stick camera too dint last long couple days at most

I'm going to say that I have read all the negative reviews and I understand why some purchasers are disappointed. I've given it 3 stars because it does record activity at the door and the picture quality is OK. It does require recharging every 10 days or so, but the app works and the annual charge (despite being unexpected) is reasonable at £36. I did wait a long time for it to arrive but the postman did eventually deliver it. I received mine in October
