I have ordered from SGP several times before and previously received my items without issues. However, this recent order has been problematic from the very beginning.

I placed an order on December 15, 2025, and was instructed to send $265 USD via Zelle to a Gmail address, which I did. They later claimed they did not receive my payment. I sent screenshots of my bank transaction confirmation twice, and only after that did they confirm my order (Order #100105566).

After waiting more than a month, I still had not received my package. When I followed up, they provided a tracking number showing the shipment was delivered to VALLEY HEAD, AL 35989, USA — which is not my address. I informed them multiple times that the package had been sent to the wrong address, but they insisted it was correct and told me to contact USPS myself.

After researching online, I discovered that others have reported similar experiences. I believe my situation is not an isolated case. I hope my experience can serve as a warning to others who may be considering purchasing from this company.

my first Ivermectin order in 2021 was intercepted by the USPS and destroyed by the FDA. When I learned of this, I contacted SGP who immediately, and at no charge, shipped a replacement order to my neighbor’s address (since I seemed to be on an FDA list). It was shipped and arrived safely within a week! I have ordered multiple times since then with no problems. I suspect the negative reviews are from USG - yes, I don’t trust our Government Bureaucracy.

My first two orders over 2025 went well however, this last order dec 2025 has been terrible. No shipping info sent but the worst part is the lack of any communication. I feel that I’m being strung along. Shipping to America. Paid by Venmo and now I’m beginning to feel I’ll lose my money. If my order eventually comes, fine, but I have no more faith in this company and will never use them or recommend them.

I’m not sure what happened to this site. They’re claiming my Zelle payment was “rejected” when I know it went through. Scammed me out of $200. I should’ve checked here first!

I ordered successfully in the past.
This time I paid via Zelle to the address that they explicitly provided. They responded to tell me that the account was closed. However the transaction did go through.
If the account was truly closed, then it would have bounced back.

Their response is to blame me and they don’t take any responsibility for giving me the false information.

This website has turned into a scam. Beware!

Company seemed legit at first. Their website indicates they guarantee you will receive your order however I never received either order and I have been completely scammed out of two different payment amounts. When I try to email, they just keep sending back the same message to send them a photo copy of the payment which I had already done 30 times at least complete scam at this point.

I ordered a prescription and sent $100 via Venmo. They said they never received the money and couldn't help me.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. FAKE COMPANY. YOU WON'T EVEN GET AN ASPIRIN FROM THEM.

The company has taken a turn for the worst and have been taken over by scammers. They will create orders and send a payment link and a couple days later say the payment is pending and then shortly afterwards say that the payment link is discontinued. And you have no way to get a refund because its usually a payment thru a cash app like zelle or other wire transfer. Dont do business with the company. They aren't legit anymore 😔

First order went fine... (US recipient).

But my second order months later? Payment is transmitted via bank transfer - they don't take card anymore. Only $45 though. A month passes and no tracking is sent. I ask their CS, and they say they can't find the transfer anywhere, but it's definitely there. Back and forth a few emails and their CS rep becomes more and more dismissive, eventually just saying "initiate the refund from your end."

Horrific experience. Buyer beware. Avoid them in the US now.

Went back to do another larger order and BAM, the emails didn't make sense, the order numbers were wrong multiple times and they could not come up with a receipt of the orders AND the items they say I ordered are NOT at ALL what I ordered.

This started out great, and they blew it.

You need medicine? Keep looking.

These people do not want your business and they can't speak English and refuse to get a proper payment system.

I ordered two products at the end of April 2025. Recently, I received a letter from Canada Customs saying that the shipment was rejected. I communicated this to the company to request a refund. They have in their web site that can be refunded before two months, but they kept on ignoring the issue, block my email address. I paid them over $400.00. I will have to find other ways to get my money back because it is not fair

just got my order! all went well and smooth. had family order from safegenaricpharmacy.com ( 5 times) and they received their orders in a timely manner. thanks for the service

I had a same experience with other customers. Ordered successfully for over a year from SGP but the latest order ( Sep 2024) was a disaster and they refuse to respond and resolve the situation. 1st shipment was returned to Indiam by customs, 2nd has never been shown after left India. I wrote many emails explain if they can't deliver the product, I would like to have a refund. They refuse to talk about my case after my request. After 5 months, I still have not received my medicine or my refund. No apology no reply. I'm out $217 and they won't even respond! What kind of guarantee they proclaimed! It hurt Indian's reputation.

Don’t listen to all the positive reviews - Just some Indian guys pretending to have received their items, they wrote those reviews themselves to get more customers scammed - they are scammers falsely advertising their products, DO NOT buy from them.

Used this company three times so far and I am pleased every single time! Thank you!

Ordered successfully for over a year from SGP but the latest order (Nov 2024) was a disaster and they refuse to respond timely and resolve the situation with an order that required 2 separate shipments since the original product was out of stock. I'm out $255 and they won't even respond!

Always professional: ordering is easy, messages informative and polite. I wish I could get a discount for being a regular customer. Maybe next order?
