Steve Haigh worked to a high standard, being very polite and efficient. He tided up after himself too. All in all, we are very pleased with Safe Glaze and would recommend them without hesitating. Thanks

My experience with Safeglaze has been very qick and pleasant. Communication via telephone or face to face was continuous. The two gentleman who fitted 9 Windows in one day were hard working, well mannered and friendly their aim was to get the job done to my satisfaction and I can honestly say 100% + , the rubbish was taken away and I had minimum mess to clean when they left. I live in a very old house and thought there would be complications however Safeglaze have done an exceptional job , well done everyone involved and thank you.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new composite front door in grey ! it looks fab..beautifully made , top quality material , sturdy, and when it closes it is so efficient feels like closing a fridge door ...you can feel the vacuum to seal out all draughts.
the fitter was very polite , and a mastercraftsman ...I would recommend safeglaze to everyone looking for new windows and doors .
the after care was also good I felt like a very important customer nothing was a problem for them .

First class products, communication, service and workmanship! From the initial order right through to installation there was not one fault. We are using again shortly and always will going forwards. Thanks so much guys for everything!

Easy and stress free, love the windows.
Would definite use again.

From start to finish Safeglaze have kept me fully informed at all times. Very efficient installation and the guys cleaned up behind them. Lovely new windows . Thank you. Only drawback scaffolding is still in place!!

very good service frendley workman cleaned up after every job so there was not a lot of mess at the end of the job I would give this company 5 stars and would recommend this company to anyone

From start to finish safeglaze we excellent the rep who called to the house to discuss are options was very professional and not at all pushy, once we decided on what we would like the survey of the house was done within days and we soon had a fitting date that was much sooner than we were expecting, on the day of the fitting the guys were spot on time early infact they were very friendly and got to work straight away they put sheets down to protect floors and kept mess to a minimum they also offered to help clean afterwards,🙂 We are very happy with the windows and doors they have already made a big difference to are home and we would recommend Safeglaze to anyone 🙂

The sales man was very good with his pitch and answering all of my queries. The fact that I could take out a 3 year 0% APR loan with no deposit through SafeGlaze is excellent. The 15 year guarantee in amazing. Customer service team are friendly on the phone and the builders did a good job (not that I know what that would be, but it was very quick and it looks great).

I would recommend to everyone and give a 10/10.

The guys started arriving at 740am, a good start.
Andy the guy who took out the old windows and doors was very fast and efficient.
The fitting of the new windows and doors was methodical and very well coordinated. Everything went well and we were extremely pleased with the amazing look and quality of the products.
Would we use Safeglaze again, yes without hesitation.
Would we recommend Safeglaze, yes we have already.
Thanks to all concerned from the initial sales agent, to the Surveyor and the fitters.

Disgusting customer service. It’s taken 6 months to get the job completed! 4 failed attempts turning up with the wrong doors! Unacceptable how they have treated us. It has made my Nan and Grandad so ill with the stress it has caused!! Wouldn’t ever recommend this company.
Turned up this morning with the correct doors but the one was badly damaged. Probably waiting another 6 months for that one to be fitted!!

Lovely job completed by SafeGlaze employees. Took all the waste away and cleaned up really well. Would recommend them to anyone. Well done

Had my front door and kitchen window replaced this weekend. Looks smart. The fitters turned up later than the appointment time arranged but did ring me to let me know what time they would arrive. Once they did arrive the work was carried out speedily and efficiently with very little mess. Am very pleased with the finished result and looks to be a quality product comparing with previous work I have had in the past with my previous property.

Great product: great service from the sales rep the surveyor and installation team.
The team arrived early got stuck in straight away. The carpets were all protected with dust sheets and they cleared up really well afterwards.
I was expecting some decorating afterwards due to damage to the walls but there was none.
I highly recommend safe glaze

From the representative who talked me through the purchase of my double glazing to the workmen that installed them I have not a bad word to say about them. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The finish product looks great

Plenty of communication beforehand but both the sales rep and conveyancer who measured up didn’t think to mention that parking would be an issue. When the windows arrived (over an hour later than scheduled) the guys said they wouldn’t be able to fit the windows because they couldn’t park in front of the house! I had been up waiting since 8am and had taken down windows and blinds only to have to put them back up for the night so that the guys could fit the windows the next day when I had ensured nobody was parked in front of the house. A silly issue that could have so easily been sorted had I known before the window fitters turned up. Now the windows are fitted they do look amazing and the team were speedy so that I didn’t have a second day of my weekend fully wasted.

Delighted with the windows and the service we received. From sale to installation we could not have been happier with the people and the process. The workmen showed great respect for our property and left the site very clean and tidy. We have placed a second order at a competitive price and are confident about the work to be done.
