Easy to book. Simple instructions. Effortless arrangement. No ask too much.

Excellent quality of training with knowledgeable facilitator. We learned a lot and have put an action plan in place following the Fire Warden training.

Well organised, excellent format and the trainer was an ex-fireman, very engaging and able to answer all questions
The presentation and the video examples were brilliant
Would highly recommend

Very thorough explanations given, and suggestions given for possible improvements to our current procedures, which prompted discussions in the group, which led to further discussions in a separate fire marshal meeting.

The booking process was straight forward and informative.
The trainer was punctual, friendly, enthusiastic and informative with the course being made relevant to our premises and staff being able to get hands on with the fire extinguisher.
We had positive feed back from staff members after the course.
Many thanks.
