I can now print a copy, I’m also able to upload a copy. It’s the best decision I made to update my Will

Really easy to use! A great platform that makes writing a will simple, easy and not overwhelming. Would recommend! Safewill makes the process less daunting by using light hearted communication.

The process of completing the will was relatively simple, however the process of accessing and printing the will was difficult and help, while eventually given, was slow in coming.

Easy enough to complete on line. However, I haven't received hard copy in the post for me to sign and return as you told me was to happen.

my husband and I did our wills online at Safewill after avoiding it for years. It couldn't have been easier. The program walks you through each stage of a legal will, and to think it would be reviewed by a lawyer was very reassuring. We would definitely recommend it.

This was made available via my super fund (the basic option was free) and I found it very helpful. Certainly adequate and a good way to make my first real foray into making a will. Pretty hard to beat a freebie, and even for the full price whatever that is, I would say it's worth giving it a go. I didn't take up the extras that they offer, but they'e there if you wanted to go more complex or utilise Safewill expertise.

This format was easy to use and understand with fantastic replies from dedicated staff, Great to see a Local company supporting RFSA members assisting their volunteers to be vigilant in being covered and knowing that the institutions support is available when most needed.

This morning it had been 21 days since I sent my will through. I phoned the 1800 number to be told to use the chat bubble. I did this and the response was quick. 'Surprisingly' my will was ready today!! It was sent through to my email but the PDF was empty. Tried again and it was still empty. Was told to try some convoluted techo things that made no sense to this 76 yo luddite. Gave them another email, all went well. In the doc I'd requested main and sub guardians but it's come out as Joint guardians and my funeral plans aren't quite what I asked for, but I can deal with these things separately. Thanks to Liz who was so patient. All in all I would happily recommend to friends.
