Life savers!
I can absolutely recommend Sage Accounts Solutions. I’ve done a few courses/sessions with them and they have helped me a huge amount. Bec knows her stuff so can explain things clearly but I also felt comfortable asking questions!

NO question is too big and me and the team usually leave our training sessions singing Bec's praises.
We have booked additional sessions because I don't know what we would do with their help!
The tips and tricks that have been shown so far are amazing and I honestly don't think we would be this competent in using Sage without the team.

SAGE is the worst company you can deal…
SAGE is the worst company you can deal with! We have paid as an accountant for the full package with extra after working hours telephone support to speak to technical support, but 4 hours we mostly spend on being transferred or on hold. To speak to the sales team to have our licence upgraded, renewed, adding CIS renewed it took me 8 hours. And after the 8 hours spend on telephone we had our licence cancelled but not renewed. So we had to spend another 2 hours and being transferred form a person to a person to finally getting it resolved and it took her only 20 minutes to progress was Carlie Clarke.
Overall experience dreadful.

I have tried other accountancy packages and in truth struggled, but sage give you fantastic support and Im getting there, My account manager Matt Pope has bee absolutely marvellous
