Historical use:
Hidden charges at every turn and poor exchange rate inc ATM. If card not used for 2 years a monthly fee is deducted until you top it up.

We may randomly close to save money..
I went to pick up my money and you were closed for 25 mins, during the listed opening times. You left a note saying you may randomly close at unpublished times during the day for staff breaks. That is a management problem not a staff problem. Publish fixed break times and sort out your staffing schedules. The member of staff was great but I won't be getting travel money from you again.

I ordered my currency on Friday 4th for collection on Thursday 10th, but on Saturday 5th had an e-mail to say it was ready for collection So collected it today (7th) which was more convenient and saved an extra journey

Very disappointed with the service received
I ordered the travel money (US dollars online to be picked up from the travel bureau at Sainsbury’s in Bicester Oxford. I received the email to say they were ready to be picked up. But I was taken into hospital with a serious condition that I was unaware of.MeNing that my husband had to pick up the US dollars otherwise we would need to pay money it they weren’t picked up. My husband had the card the money was paid for with, which is a joint account card. He even showed him his card(from the joint anccount) all of the identification for myself and for him my passport and my husbands driving license and the email that was sent to me also my email address. The advisor said that he couldn’t give them to my husband. So he had to eventually ask to speak to the manager. My husband explained the situation and finally was given the US dollars. I do believe that there should be something put in place for situations like this. None of us know what is around the corner anything could happen at anytime. We weren’t impressed at all with what has happened even though the advisor is always very helpful and polite. The advisor only lives two doors down from where we live.
I believe all of the evidence was produced to show that this is my husband.
