I ordered an amazing Beautiful Victorian dress on Salelolita. You should A hoop Skirt, to go under it. It’s definitely needs something to make it nice and round at the bottom. Would highly recommend .

Wore it for a Victorian vampire costume. It has high quality, it was also quickly delivered. It looked amazing and was very comfortable to wear. I used a hoop skirt under for full skirt effect. Like it!
