Bought an expensive pair of straighteners 14 months ago and they just stopped working emailed customer services to be told nothing they can do contact the manufacturer who is not contactable. As it’s electrical it should be 2 years warranty and it’s shocking that after such a short time they would just stop working! Customer service terrible and products poor quality.

Avoid if possible! They are not sending the items and it has been 2 weeks and i keep calling every single day about my order. They are refusing to refund as well!

I placed an online order and forgot to add some items to the order. I called to ask if I could add the items to my order as I didn’t want to pay twice for shipping, and was basically told no. Considering the amount I had paid for the original order, I had hoped they may offer me free shipping on the second order as a one off goodwill gesture. No goodwill here I’m afraid. Very disappointing.

I buy two wahl 5 star cordless legend clippers in March 2022 now they both has been broken useless clippers I have ever been using for my barber I will buying wahl because their quality is getting useless not for me anymore what a waste they are scammers my £255 actually went in the bin 😡😡😡

After having been let down by another company, ordered a backwash to be delivered by pallet. Item arrived well packed (in wooden crate), within said time frame, checked contents, all good, excellent service.

I am a qualified hair dresser. I miss my local store as I use to nip in and pick up bits and pieces. Also, I would get tips from the sales assistants as some where also qualified hair dressers. I’m happy I can now buy Redken directly from Salon Services online rather than an agent. use to
