After getting stunning pictures of the bespoke furniture, to then getting let down with the dates, to the final product being nothing like what my daughter in law ordered to then being left thousands of pounds out of pocket with no furniture. Shocking customer service and no full refund. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

DPD DRIVER DEMANDED I OPEN MY FRONT DOOR EARLIER TODAY TO TAKE PHOTO I DID SO 3 TIMES UNDER DURESS HE TOOK A PHOTO EACH TIME AND THEN RAN OFF WITH MY ORDER! I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND BY TOMORROW OR I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

I was looking for a specific conditioner that I couldn't find anywhere anymore apart from places with expensive delivery which I did not want to pay for one product. Found it well priced at Salon Trusted and they offer free delivery at a low spend. Item was dispatch literally within minutes and arrived the next day with DPD, and I didn't even pay for next day delivery. I ordered a couple of other items whilst browsing as they have a great range, and everything came very well packaged with each item individually wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker with the company logo. It is little things like this that make you see that the company is making an effort to make the shopping experience enjoyable and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be using Salon Trusted again, was even more efficient service than Amazon!

I recently purchased several reuseable face masks - the company price was very competitive.
The ordering process was easy, with clear format, and once order placed immediate feedback. Despatch and delivery was very quick with the company and their chosen carrier ( DHL) providing exemplary progress feedback to me - right to the hour to expect delivery ! All just one day after ordering.
The received parcel was robustly packed, with obvious care taken on internal wrapping. All in all an excellent experience and I will use this company again providing prices remain competitive !

Poor customer service for refunds, no refund form and no real process for returns. They could not locate my return and never gave me back the money. It was only £15, but they care more about the pennies then valued customers. Such a shame in these difficult times.

I ordered goods on Friday 30 October and have not had confirmation email as said I would nor have I received my ordered items yet.
Sent emails but no reply. No number to call.
Worried company has disappeared.

I discovered Salon Trusted during lockdown and they have been a lifesaver! I’m very impressed by the quality of their hair and nail products and even more impressed that my items have always arrived within a few days and so beautifully packaged! Most definitely recommended!
