Excellent service. Packaging was perfect. Everything I ordered was in stock.

As always, excellent products

Wonderful shop and people. I love stopping here when in Reno to see all they have to offer. The online shopping is easy and arrives within a day or two. The owners are very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased a gift card for a friend. I wanted to include a print out of the gc to place in a card. The CS sent me an attachment with the gc the next day. Also, they kindly responded to question about the Tea bar. Glad to hear the Tea bar in the Reno location is open. I enjoy your store, selection of teas, spices and the will pick up a cup of tea soon. Thanks so much

Mail order service is prompt and accurate. I'm hooked on British Baking Spices, so I now buy all of my herbs and spices from The Spice & Tea Shoppe, even though I live two states away. I did have an opportunity to visit the shop in person in June and found the staff warm, helpful and delightful.

Love this Spice and Tea Shoppe that our son turned us on to when we visited him in Reno. Haven't found anything as good in the Myrtle Beach area, where we live, so we ordered online. Ordering was easy and shipping was very quick. We are currently enjoying our purchase and will order from the Spice and Tea Shoppe again. Thank you so much!

We love your products and your service is fantastic. We live out of the area and are very happy we can order from you online. Thanks for providing us with your great teas!

Every time I order, the process is perfect. I get great, fresh spices, packed securely, shipped promptly. I have been buying these spices for myself and as gifts for friends.
I have enjoyed everything I have purchased and those who received things as gifts have become customers.

Fabulous spices, olive oils and balsamic vinegars. My new favorite olive oil is Basil olive oil. It’s fantastic on salads and pizza!

The California Super Red and Hungarian paprikas are the best I've ever come across--they are intense and have incredible depth. Keep up the good work.

Web site was easy to use, choices were good and prices fair. Shipping was fast and at a fair price. I will be doing a lot more business and highly recommend them to other people in need of spices.

I love this store. Excellent selection of interesting teas, quick service, and good prices. They're also nice in person!

Very easy to order. I love their teas. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect!! My order shipped the same day. Everything was exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!

Great spice shop with prompt service. I received my shipment the day after I ordered it!

Super fast to arrive. Kept me up to date on shipping status. Absolute pleasure. Love being able to easily order through a good tea company instead of Amazon.

Love this shop have been buying from them for years!

The overall experience I had with the shop left me with very cozy feelings. Great assortment and service

The website is so easy to navigate and shipping always so prompt. I think the packaging is really thoughtful too

I love going into the Reno store, the atmosphere is inviting with a well organized, expansive inventory and the shop is filled with a special aroma that invites browsing.
But this time I left my stash home while on a trip to Oregon. No problem, I got on the web and with a few clicks and a couple of follow-up emails my tea was on the way! Thanks for saving my trip!

Favorite store for teas and spices...wonderful selection, beautifully managed and curated. LOVE and appreciation!
