They sent the wrong strap out. Despite stating it is compatible with a 20mm watch, it does not fit. Customer services were terrible and did not help at all. We then had to pay for the returns ourselves and still await our refund. Stay away.

AVOID AVOID. Rip off !! This company is sell watch straps for ridiculous amounts of money.. €149 for a particular strap you can buy on amazon for €25.

Strap did not fit my watch even though it was supposed to. They are now ignoring my request for a refund. I would not use these again.

I purchased the 20mm silicone dark blue strap for a Galaxy watch 2 active. The small pin used to push the bolt down fell out, leaving only one part of the strap usable.
Since I ordered this from your site, I expected much better quality than what I'd get from Amz. Unfortunately, it seems your suppliers maintain the same low standard. Special mention to the damage done to my nails. Definitely, not practical not good quality. Avoid this site and pay half of the price purchasing somewhere else. Quality is not worth it.

Ordered 3 straps over 6 weeks ago. Tracking looks fake and I received a generic auto generated response when I emailed asking them to check on order. Beware, I strongly doubt it's a legit site and Im never getting these straps.

Clip snapped the first time I used the strap. Actual strap looks and feels inferior to the original Samsung strap.

Advertised as premium leather but just a poor quality glorified silicone strap that snapped in no time.

Seems a fraud. Placed an order 2 weeks back for a strap and still not got it. Asking for refund but there is no link or contact. BEWARE!

Ordered a leather strap for my galaxy watch 4 classic and received a hybrid silicone/leather-ish one. You don't get to pick your size. They send you Medium/Large. Seller refunded me ASAP

Only given one star as can't give zero!
Placed my order on 16th Feb. It stopped moving on the tracking page on 21st Feb, I have sent 4 messages and had no response.
Extremely angry to have been ripped off. Will be reporting them.

This website is not a scam, just a very poorly menaged company (probably by only one person, not sure tho).
The products are way overpriced and the quality is terrible according to other reviews, costumer service is almost non-existent, overall not a great website to order from, but it's not a scam. If you ask for a refund you'll get your money back (at least in my case). Now I'll explain my 'menaged by only one person theory'.
So I think shipments are so late because it's just one guy packing and sending the products and if it's only one guy it makes sense why the costumer service is non-existent, because he doesn't have time to reply to all the messages sent. And finally the fact that you don't get your refund immedietaly is also explained by one person handling refunds in clusters.

TL;DR: The website is not a scam, you can get a refund, but still wouldn't recommend.

I wouldn't even give one star...
Late delivery after a month of placing order.
Quality of straps very poor, item not as described, avoid at all costs.
Ordered 2 different types of leather straps for my galaxy watch, one of them states 100% premium leather, item is a fake plastic leather lookalike straps
Second said the same 100% premium leather, they just stuck a thin piece of plastic leather on top of the silicone straps how the hell is that 100%leather.
Fraudulent company

Avoid this company, placed an order told it was being dispatched within 48 hours but after 2weeks just got an email to say the order was cancelled, no message or reason given,do not use!

I have emailed this company 3 times now. Their lack of replies is enough to put me off ordering a strap. Shame as they appear to have a good selection. But it they can't bother to reply to a question I am concerned about their customer service in the event of an issue.
