There should be some institution to protect customers from such behaving companies like this. They take the money and dont deliver you what you paid for. The customer care is lying. Takes 30 minutes to get a call only to get an answer that they will call back after checking the status. And dont call back. They say that it’s in delivery (in the same city). And they say this every week, 3 weeks already. Forget about emails, the answers are useless.
