I recently purchased a watch from Sans Arrêt, and although the delivery was a little bit delayed, I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

They even offered to send me a brand-new replacement free of charge before the original package was officially declared lost.

I suggested waiting a couple more days to avoid unnecessary shipping and waste, and they were completely understanding.

In fact, they’ve graciously rescued me from my own tech incompetence on multiple occasions—and just to be clear, the issue was entirely user-error, not the watch! The delivery was quick, the product was outstanding and everything i expected it to be, great in box presentation only thing left to desire is a paper photo placed inside to act as a perfect measurement for customers photos

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised when I received my SANS ARRÊT DOMINATOR Crimson Halo.

I was born and raised in France, close to Switzerland, two countries with a strong watchmaking culture, so I have always had a particular appreciation for watches, especially when it comes to design, proportions, finishing and the overall feel of a piece.

And honestly, this watch exceeded my expectations.

The design is what initially attracted me, but seeing it in person is what really convinced me. The deep crimson metallic dial, the different textures and finishes of the case, and the overall geometry give the watch a much stronger presence in real life than I expected. The actual watch is genuinely consistent with the beautiful pictures shown on the website, which is not always the case with online watch brands.

I was also impressed by the proportions. At only 7 mm thick, the watch is remarkably slim while still having a very distinctive presence on the wrist. The 316 stainless steel construction and the attention to the different brushed and polished surfaces also give it a reassuring feeling of quality.

Even the packaging deserves to be mentioned. The presentation felt premium and thoughtful: the watch came in a beautiful leather-like presentation case, accompanied by a letter and accessories. It is clear that the experience has been considered beyond simply putting a watch in a box.

What I appreciate most is that SANS ARRÊT doesn’t feel like a brand that simply wanted to produce another watch. You can genuinely feel the passion and the amount of thought that went into the design and presentation.

I initially discovered the brand because of its unusual designs, but after receiving the DOMINATOR, I am now even more interested in discovering more of the collection.

I’m not sure who put a one star or what there experience was, but it was shocking to see. I ordered their new watch where the dial flips and you can put a picture. First of all they notified me it was going to be late and to make up for it they were including another $250 watch completely for free which is insane. When they came the packaging was really nice and the watched were gorgeous, worked perfectly, literally not a single issue. I had two months to return it and tried it on with some outfits and honestly just couldn’t see myself wearing it, i never had a watch before so i think i just don’t look good with watches, but this watch regardless was perfect and the flip thing was super cool. I was worried about returning the watch, but nope suuuuper easy, very quick customer service and they didn’t hastle me or anything, just got my refund back. Even though i didn’t keep the watch this was the best service from a product company i have experienced. No i’m not a bot, i rarely ever put reviews, just genuinely appreciated the experience.
