Second pair I have purchased. They are a perfect fit , I am a size 39 with wide feet and they are perfect. I got a white pair and they look great with jeans or dresses,

First pair I bought was The LORCAN. Was so impressed I had to buy my second pair of Sans Matin, the TATA. Just love this brand as they are super comfy, love the design and such good quality. Easy to place order and fit is really good as per their online sizing advice. I have difficult feet and these are just ideal, can walk in them all day. Delivery quick without any problem. Can highly recommend.

I bought a pair of size 37 shoes after following the sizing instructions (my regular size is 38). The size 37s were v small so I returned and bought size 38. These too were too narrow so I returned via the post office with proof of delivery however san matin have just told me (3 weeks after my return) that they have not received my returns. So I would not recommend this brand. It was my first & last attempt to purchase what looked like great trainers.

Still waiting on my refund avoid this company dont buy from them contantly fobbed off

Desperate to find comfy, chic shoes before embarking on tour round Japan . After much research I opted for San Matin. They advised on my size, depending on style I chose. I bought a pair of The Lola in 36 as advised and 37 for The Helios. All I can say is the whole buying experience from advice to delivery was faultless. I averaged 17,000 steps a day in Japan without a problem. Extremely comfortable. Would recommend and buy again .

Unfortunately I did not like the style when my order arrived. Returned it the first week of January, and only just received the refund....3 MONTHS later !!!!!
Appalling customer service. Now look at similar reviews, it would seem that this is normal practice. Will certainly never consider ordering from them again.

Returned as didn’t fit. They acknowledged return very quickly but still waiting for refund. Not impressed.

Average trainers for luxury price. Arrived with very short laces. Not worth the money and I returned. The refund took a very long time. A few weeks. Not impressed at all. Avoid is my advice!! Other brands are superior.

Poor customer service, returned as they were too big, they are very expensive in my opinion better and cheaper brands to be found. very slow refunding, They acknowledged return 21/2/25, I am still waiting for refund

Trainers were too big, so returned them, Sans Matin received them back on the 31st January 2025, to date no refund. Will not be dealing with this co.pany again. I have had emails stating refund will be paid in 14 business days, it is now well past that.

Absolutely beautiful trainers! I’ve not worn them yet, only tried them on, but they fit like a dream. I already have a pair of chunky soled Sans Matin trainers and they’re worth every penny. Sooooo comfortable. I can’t wait for some spring days to wear these. Look great with jeans or a dress. Very quick delivery and beautifully packaged

First, 5 stars for customer service! I initially ordered the wrong size and then had a mix-up with Royal Mail when returning them. As soon as I contacted customer service, Tsolo was incredibly helpful and reassuring, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Second, 5 stars for the shoes! I wore them straight out of the box for a weekend in Paris, walking 30K steps a day, and I was amazed at how comfortable they were. No break-in period, no blisters—no plasters needed! Truly one of the best pairs of shoes I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend!

Trainers very quick to arrive, but very expensive, poorly designed and very uncomfortable. The leather tongue digs into your ankle. I returned them but the time period for a refund and getting my money back is 14 business days! Absolutely disgusting this company keeping my money for so long. I will never deal with them again. Be very careful buying from them especially if you need to return items. You won’t get your money back for almost a month!

Trainers lovely but not correct fitting for me. Still waiting for my refund, 3wks. If I'd have read how slow refunds take I wouldn't have ordered. I need new trainers and don't want to splash another £150 out.

Delighted with my first pair of San Martins. So comfortable from first putting them on. They were so nice I sent for another pair in a different colour.

Excellent products and service.
I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in different sizes as I’d read you should size down. This was correct, I’m usually a 39 but the 38 was the better fit.
I retuned both as my favourite pair were in the size 39.
Refunded no problem, exchanged quickly

Perfect pair of trainers. Feel like soft gloves. Happy to find a more traditional style of shoes. Everything from ordering to delivery fantastic. Even the packaging excellent. Thank you Sans Matin
