Fantastic customer service. I’ve been an avid user of Sarah Chapman products and bought their face steamer and extractor a couple of years ago. Lovely products - I’ve been using the R&R glow and Skinesis moisture mask and my skin feels really soft and very moisturised!! Also I have very sensitive skin but had no reactions so that’s great!!!

Not only are the Sarah Chapman products great, their customer service is brilliant. They were unbelievably responsive when I had not ordered everything I intended to and sorted that. I’ve been using Sarah Chapman products…
I’ve been using Sarah Chapman products for the past 10 years, and while I’ve tried other brands, I always find myself coming back. I use the Ultimate Cleanse daily, the eye cream, followed by the SPF 15 moisturiser and the tinted SPF 50 — I honestly couldn’t be without it. Recently, I started using the A1 Retinol Cream and have been really pleased with the results so far.
My only complaint is the packaging. For example, the Resurfacer sometimes sprays unevenly and makes a mess, and I’ve noticed there’s often quite a bit of product left in the bottles that’s hard to access.

Purchased the Intense Hydrating Booster and I am thrilled with the results. I have been using for a month now and I’m amazed at the difference it has made to my usually tired looking skin. Great gift, but sadly no longer available
I received the Sarah Chapman SOS stickers as a gift and really enjoyed using them. They were soothing, effective, and felt like a little luxury treat for my skin. I would definitely have repurchased them myself, but unfortunately it looks like they’re no longer available, which is a real shame.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 purely because I can’t get them again!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Support and Service
I am deeply disappointed with the support and customer service I’ve received regarding my missing package. The order, placed on November 6th for £138, was delivered to the wrong address and left at a neighborhood bar—a location I never authorized or instructed to use. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, including providing photographic evidence and contacting the bar (who confirmed they returned the package to the courier), the Sarah Chapman team has refused to take responsibility.
Over a month later, after numerous emails, the team continues to deflect responsibility, asking me to “check with my neighbors” or claiming they are still “looking into it,” without providing any resolution. I have also contacted DPD, the courier they used, who stated Sarah Chapman must open a case for the missing package.
This situation highlights a clear failure in both delivery logistics and customer service. I provided the correct delivery address at the time of purchase, yet I am left without my package or a refund. I expected better accountability and support from a premium brand like Sarah Chapman.
