Despite having to re-arrange the installation booking on several occasions due to unavoidable medical appointments and hospitalisation all the staff at Sat-Works were always understanding, polite, efficient and accommodating.
Their local sub-contractor, James (Aerial Services Kettering), was personable, polite, efficient and respected my wishes regarding the actual installation which he completed effectively, cleaning up as he went and ensured that everything operated to specification before leaving. Both Sat-Works administrative staff in their customer services department and their installation engineer, James, are a credit to both Sat-Works and Starlink. It's an all too rare occurrence in this day and age, highly recommended!

The engineer turned up nice and early. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the installation as he installed it and gave me clear, easy to understand instructions how to use the Starlink app and Deco app. Setup was a breeze and the installation works perfectly.
