I just received a Coach straw handbag that wasn't what I wanted. I was hoping to return it and order a white Coach handbag. Holly in the service department, suggested I could take a 20% discount and keep the bag or pay for the shipping. I replied asking for a label so I could return it. Immediately, I get a notice that I wasn't a customer, even though I gave the order number and amount. Frustrating!
I continued to write emails with no response! I am taking the purse to a consignment shop and sell it! I will never order anything again from this store. Very poor customer communications!

I ordered Coach purse and charm on July 28. No order yet. But kept getting emails tjat.my cart is waiting. I.have a confirmation # for order. It says order not found! I.checked.my charge and yes, was charged almost $100. I find this fraudulent company. I.did.send an email. Never.again trust this company! I don't know if responses.below.are true or.just.mafe.up!!!

Bag arrived within just over a week which is great but it is not the same that is in the pictures. I ordered the lv all in bb bag and it came with a key but no padlock, a weird bow design on the tag (which isn’t in the website photo) the coin purse feels so cheap and is a different print to the bag and the zip on it doesn’t work. I would not pay full price for this! Even at £50 I’m not happy. I know it’s fake but it’s a bad fake for the price.

Placed an order on 9th July. They were quick to take the payment I must say. I emailed them on 28th July to ask how long will it take to deliver, as they claim it can take longer than 14 working days, turns out they had forgotten to ship my order.
Following advice, they shipped the order and then I received it within 7 working days. I am giving them 2 stars because the quality of the bags was good as well as my communication with Holly R. She seemed decent and apologised for it all. Otherwise if you have a spare time on hand to write emails back and forth with them for your order than go ahead and place an order. Otherwise putting an order in and simply receiving it later is not practiced by the business.

EDIT: I am giving them 1 star because it does not let me post otherwise I would not give any stars. After my review was posted, I was contacted by Holly R (Holly Rayce) again. She apologised for the inconvenience, also offered a 30% refund on my order and requested if I could update my reviews. I was pleased to see that email as I initially thought this was a compensation for the inconvenience so I accepted and asked for it to be processed, in my mind I was thinking this business really valued me as a customer so they deserve a better review and I was going to post one but then came in the conditions from Holly R. She emailed me to post an updated review first, long story short I emailed back and said I would like my refund first. Then she email again and said how about I give you 15% refund first, then you post the revised review and I give you a 15% refund after the review is posted. This sounded to me like she is trying to buy my review but I gave them a chance and emailed them to process the refund. Then another condition came in and she said no, delete your original review completely first. Now this is definitely buying my review and I do not sell my reviews for money. Holly Rayce I hope you understand that if I can afford to give you £100 business then you can’t buy my review with a £30 refund! Now I am doubting if the other good/5 star reviews are genuine or if the business has bought them too! The customer service has just turned horrible. I was considering to give them another chance and business with them, NEVER AGAIN! I am posting this so other customers valued time can be saved!

SCAMMERS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! First off, I ordered 2 totes and it took almost 4 weeks to get delivered only for the Logo to be WRONG and printed on both sides of the totes. I reached out to “ Customer Service” and sent them pictures only for them to ask me to send a video, which I did. They apologized and said they will replace them at No Charge. When I finally got that shipment, they only sent me 1 tote. At this point I’m pissed and emailed them with a video attached asking them to REFUND my money for the tote I did not receive. I had 6 emails with these people specifically asking for a refund and the last email stated that the tote is already in shipping and cannot be refunded. All the while I’m getting AI responses saying they understand my frustration. I AM REPORTING THEM AND WILL DISPUTE THE PURCHASE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR FRAUD!!!! Stay away from these SCAMMERS!!! BTW, all there items are shipped from China, that’s why delivery takes so long!

The products are terrible, but the their customer service is even worse. Messages and emails ignored.

I ordered my beautiful neverfull Houston bag and couldn't believe how well the custom bag is made! It's gorgeous 😍! I know the shipping takes a minute but how exciting it was to open my package and be stunned! Even better when I saw it has a zipper to close the bag. Great communication! Five stars all around.

My experience was unexpected that the bag really,really looks authentic!A Tiffany Blue Chanel flap bag in medium size.The quality is new with all the styrofoam and bubble packs.The Savannah Collective and it’s people are responsible for making this cancer survivor very happy(if for another day)!They track right on the site and update daily.

I waited two months on a package I never received, after countless emails, and having to take a review down before they would refund, I finally got my money back! I don’t recommend!!

Absolutely delighted with purchase of bag. Really good quality, just beautiful! Gift for my daughter who loves it. Would 100% recommend buying from this Company again. Also when I had a query, their response was so quick. Definitely ordering more for Christmas!
