I was shipped the wrong product. I was promised a replacement in 5-10 days, which was later extended to 21 days due to backlog. I was willing to wait the 21 days. At the 30 day mark I reached out and was told "soon" At the 40 day mark I reached out again and asked them to just refund my money and forget about shipping the product, but they refused. At this point, it is outright theft, and I will have to pursue other options to get my money back.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order! I ordered 2 border collie face masks on April 12. Today is June 3rd, and still nothing. Of course they processed payment immediately! Looking forward to taking this up with my credit card company if they don't ship, LIKE NOW, or refund my money. Great idea, awful execution!

This company was very simple to order from and the doggy mask I ordered was delivered very quickly. I get so many compliments on this particular 'Border Collie' mask. Everyone asks me where I got it! I will be buying more masks through them.

As shocked as everyone else about this pandemic, but these shirts, hoodies, saving animals is the best. The quality is amazing. Hoodies run a bit large for women, but t shirts get a size up. I've bought 2 hoodies, 4 shirts and referred family and friends. Delivery takes about 5 weeks so order in advance for fathers day or for fun 👍

The order took an extremely long time to be printed and shipped. The folds on the mask were NOT sewn evenly therefore the print does not display correctly. Poor quality and overpriced. Do not order from this company.

Over-priced, poor quality & delayed delivery....

The pictures of the animal masks online look much nicer and larger than the actual product. The masks were not high quality, the material was rough & there were inconsistencies in the printing and size of elastic bands.

I had purchased a large quantity as a gift for my sister’s vet clinic and was very disappointed after waiting so long for the order to arrive with poor communication. I didn’t return the masks because they are functional and they were needed, but I will never purchase from this vendor again and do not recommend the masks.

I ordered the puppy mask for my daughter to wear during this crisis. She is an A-100 mommy to her 3 fur babies. The mask came in yesterday and when she got home from work she was really excited. It is very nice, seems strong and picture of the puppy with a tongue hanging out is perfect for her. Now I'll be honest, it took quite awhile to get here, but everything has been because of this pandemic. They are a great company to deal with, especially in these circumstances.

Ordered Drawstring Bag; never received it. Put in a claim to them; they said the item had not been shipped. Customer service is now ignoring me. No item or refund. Absolutely no response from their customer service team. They will not even follow up on the claim. Sooooo frustrating.

Placed order 4/12 for 2 masks. Payment processed 4/13. Still have not received so went to cancel the order. Customer service says they will not cancel because they have been sent to print. They have not shipped yet and these were not custom print jobs. No reason to be waiting over a month...after printing they say it is another 14 to 21 days to ship! Complete scam! Have read several other comments from others who have never received their orders. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are targeting animal lovers and taking complete advantage!

I placed an order for 2 masks on 4/12/20 . We are now at 21 business days and it still has not shipped. The website says ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK.

Do not buy from them. $50 for 2 masks not worth $5. Will not let me to talk to anyone. Scammers. Sick taking advantage of people during this horrible epidemic when people are scared !

4/14 order two fairly expensive cotton facemasks....5/8 over a month later the update still says they are being printed. website says all items are in stock. not true. tried to cancel after waiting 3 weeks, but no dice. scammers

Ordered to tank tops for my wife last month costing about $ 35.00 each, received the first shirt damaged and never received the second shirt.
Opened up about a dozen claims for these two shirts and get the same bull, response every time.... SORRY FOR YOUR UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OR WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP!
No contact number and thats the way they want it. stay far far away from this company....really think this company bites !
would really like to fly out there and resolve the problem the old fashion way.... in person !

I ordered 3 cat mask on April 12, 2020. Total cost with shipping was $68.00. I received a confirmation for the order immediately and the confirmation stated that the product would ship in 1 - 4 business days from payment processing. Well I sent a message 10 days later to inquire about the status. I received a message saying the order was being processed and now with that said the confirmation says will ship in 14 - 21 business days, I am sorry but this is not acceptable because I would not have ordered if I knew this upfront. So shame on you. I have tried to contact them numerous times with no success. I will never deal with them again. There customer service team needs serious training. An apology would have been appreciated. Do not order from them.

Ordered a cat mask (still waiting but hey everyone is ordering them they are cute) and the mug. I got the mug yesterday and it is all black at first until you put something hot in it. So coffee it is! Poof my kitty cat appeared just as cute as the picture. I am like a kid so it was so neat to see so I had to send a picture to my son. It is not a thin mug like I have received from other places - hand was, of course, don't want to hurt the kitty. I am glad I bought it! 😁

Ordered a cat mask - tried to cancel and correct the order with in 2 hours of placing it. They did not recognize my email until the next day. However the recognized it enough to take my money. Sent several emails in less than 24 hours or purchase to cancel. Will not cancel or modify my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BAD COMPANY!! Also no one to contact. Deceptive company.
