This place is amazing food is so fresh n their marinated chicken tikka is to die for. I added some honey with mine all their food is fresh of high quality even vegetables better then any store. Fruit is so fresh n crunchy their pears especially. Highly recommend deliver next day n very nice couriers always friendly on time. This tire gets 10 out of 10 for me. Must visit n must order or your loss.

I ordered on Thursday for next day delivery, usually get notifications early Friday AM saying delivery is on the way. Didn’t receive anything on Friday. Chased up late Friday afternoon around 4:45pm and spoke to Asma, who explained there was an error on the system and it should’ve gone out for delivery but hadn’t done so. I needed the food delivery before 6pm as we were going out in the evening. Asma made it happen, she went above and beyond and made sure the delivery was with me at 5:30pm! Amazing customer service and one happy customer!

Everything was good except the quality of ghia was not

I am writing to address an incident that occurred involving your son and my granddaughter.

My granddaughter is autistic, and while we were in your shop, a small chocolate still fully wrapped accidentally slipped from her hand and fell onto the floor. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, your son shouted at her in a way that was completely unnecessary and deeply upsetting.

His reaction frightened her, embarrassed my daughter, and caused distress that could have easily been avoided with a bit of understanding and patience. Children, especially autistic children, can be sensitive to raised voices, and this incident has left her feeling anxious and shaken.

I believe it is only fair and appropriate that your son offers a sincere apology to both my daughter and my granddaughter. An apology would help repair the harm done and show that your business values kindness, respect, and inclusivity.

We were long standing customers but have now decided never to shop at saveco

I bought mangoes today. Supposedly fresh. They were tasteless. Mushy and one was actually rotten and turned upside down to hide the rotten side.

I can’t say enough good things about Saveco! This is my go-to place for groceries, and it's easy to see why. They have everything you could possibly need, and the quality of their products is simply amazing.

I visited Saveco over the weekend because we were running low on spices, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. As soon as my mother and I walked in, we were greeted by Nasir at the reception desk. We explained our need for catering-sized packs of spices, and Nasir was so patient and attentive. He took the time to note down everything we needed, despite the long list we had. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to helping us without rushing or showing any impatience.

Nasir then went off to gather all the spices, which took nearly an hour. During this time, the manager and Asma stepped in to assist us. They even opened a third till to ensure we were served promptly since we had quite a bit to check out. Nasir meticulously rang up each item with Asma's help, ensuring everything was perfect.

What truly impressed me was how Nasir loaded three trolleys full of groceries into my car with such care. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service in Bradford before, and this is exactly why I will always choose Saveco for my shopping!

A huge thank you to Nasir, Asma, and the entire management team for making our experience so wonderful. You have won my loyalty!

Very good shop for fresh products especially the meat they have a massive selection of things the service i got from shabnam was brilliant thanks ill be back very soon or I will order online as they are very good for home delivery

Wonderful experience the staff was really good, i was looking for amritsari kulcha and the lady there named Mahejbin helped me in finding it , overall great service .
