I had an issue with an order that was resolved quickly and in a very positive manner. Can't say enough about their customer service. Haven't used the product and hope to never have to, but the quality of their customer service is A+

Make sure it is all set up ready to use since when you need it you have it ready. Would buy more if had the money

I’m happy to have these in my household. I have someone who lives with me that has a higher risk of choking so I am glad to have this product on hand just in case. I bought more than I intended but this merely means I will have one to put in my car. I hope I never need to use it.

The web communication was deceptive. I didn’t want to purchase 3 units, but I was charged for 3 and only received 2. The units are fine but I’m out the money. Very frustrating. Cost me $140+.

I received the Save Lix promptly and it appears to be a good product and nice quality. Fortunately, I’ve haven’t had the need to use it but grateful to have it in the event something were to happen. I keep it right next to me with each meal for immediate access. Thank you!

This is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY necessary to have in a household and one in your vehicle cause you never know when you would need one. I had purchased one from a different company and it was a piece of junk. Then I came across SAVELIX and purchased one and it is 1000% better. I’ve recommended this company to my friends… So for those who searching to get one, MY ADVICE , SAVELIX IS THE BEST TO GET IT FROM.SERIOUSLY YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Great Company Great Product
I saw the need for this product as a just in case item. I wouldn't want this situation to happen and I didn't have the solution that I saw was available. The company saw that I somehow ordered 12 of these and contacted me to see if that was legitimate. I only wanted 4, so they refunded my overcharge and sent me a refund for the difference.

Having experienced a choking incident myself due an accumulation of thick mucus in my throat and a one person retiree at home resident, I found that the Save Lix is to be as equally important to having a fire extinguisher available. After confering with a former firefighter/friend and the examination of the received proceeds I am delightfully pleased with what was introduced not being over sold and received as a match of the original promotion. He was absolutely excited to have received unexpectantly 2 of the Save Lix emergency choking kits, one for each of his two vehicles and one for each of my 2 vehicles from the order, now readily available for at home or away situations.

So glad we bought from Save Lix. We are both susceptible to choking and have many times. It really is scary. We are glad to have this life saving Device. It arrived quickly and was so easy to put together. Also is so easy to use. I would suggest it to anyone.

I ordered 4 units. They came quickly and were packaged very well. It gives me peace of mind to have these, just in case.

The two units I purchased arrived well packaged and individually wrapped. The long tube for pulling a partial vacuum, one adult-size mask, and one child-size mask were all included. There was also a nice soft-sided case.
I tried it on myself. It's pretty easy and intuitive (as one would desire, especially when choking!).
All in all, a nice design and usability!

Received my order quickly, the device is well made like their competitors at a better price . I’m really pleased with my purchase through this company. It gives me peace of mind having this in case of an emergency.

My experience with the company has been excellent. I don’t have any experience using the product thank goodness! I bought this as a precaution as I live alone and know that in the event of an emergency this could be the difference between life and death.

They lied again. Did not send my money back after this last review. I got discussed wi3th all the time I invested Thought the product spoke for them, but NO!!! NO INTEGRITY. I GAVE THEM WHAT THEY WANTED, THE PURCHASE INFO... NO.

I received the product almost overnight, and it was nicely packaged. It looked exactly like the product shown. I ordered the two available sizes, for children & adults, but it would be nice if they offered an additional XL size for larger people. I had a short, stubbly 5 o'clock shadow on my face and a mustache, and I had to try getting a nice seal 3 times on myself, which drew a little concern. If you pass your hand through running water and slap some moisture on the face before using it, I learned that it makes a slightly better seal versus going dry over the mouth. Maybe the mouthpiece could've been made of a softer, stickier, tackier, gooier silicon material so that it'd provide the absolute best seal immediately, I don't know.

I ordered this product thinking it was an American company based out of CA, given the physical address on the website. Tracking showed it came from China, which was not disclosed. Would never have purchased it had I known. Review of the company shows they are a foreign company using a registered agent to do business in CA. The address used is one registered to over 3k companies, many reviewed as scams. Have emailed them requesting refund and prepaid label to return item and they continue to ignore me, despite their claim of easy refund available on the website. Avoid like this company like the plague! I have had to open a dispute with PayPal and will be reporting them for fraud through various federal and state regulatory agencies.

Have not had to use the pump yet, but I got everything I ordered. Hope we never have to use them!!
