I was unable to get my purchase set up and I called into the CC # and sent an email. I was helped within the hour to get up and running. Adin, was very patient and helpful, as I am not a very techy person.

Joe was extremely quick and knew the issue right away, had me taken care of in 5 minutes

I could have bought Microsoft Office 2019 anywhere online today, but I didn't because I had previously had a great experience with the Tech help offered by Save on It. Today was no exception! RAY did all the work, including installing and showing me how to access each program, all with a patient and friendly attitude. Thank you!

PAVLE WAS SO HELPFUL!!!!!!! He absolutely went above and beyond to help me download Microsoft office. He was patient and kind and helped me soooooo much ! Thanks, Pavle!!!

I was helped through a frustrating installation. The final result was great

Bought a Microsoft 365 family and was delivered straight away and worked exactly as should have.

SaveOnIt.com discounted Microsoft Office 2021 offering was a really pleasant surprise and finding! Especially handy if you trying to save some money.

Everything worked fine and was easy. I am using the program and I have no issues. Thanks

All-in-all I had an excellent experience with SaveOnIt. I needed a copy of an earlier version of Word to run on older PC. I was a little nervous buying from these guys as I had never hard of them and didn't know if they were legit. But they were the only ones offering it for a reasonable price so I took the plunge. The download was easy, but I hit a snag during the install process, which I was doing late at night on a Saturday. I reached out to their support team via email and was surprised how quickly they responded with a simple fix that made it work. They offer phone and chat support as well, that I'm happy I didn't have to take advantage of.

Anne was extremely helpful - messaged the live chat at 1 am about a product key, and she responded quickly and immediately had it sent to my email. Thanks Anne!

I had a Mac that I needed to install Office on but couldn't due to its age and OS, until I found SaveOnIT. Microsoft told me that although my Mac was not compatible with current Office 365 I could buy a license and recommended a 2016 license. I contacted SaveOnIT after doing some research (and almost buying something via Amazon) and was 1st in touch via chat with "JD" who patiently walked me through the process from purchase to download and activation (through a series of helpful chats). Then I needed to get back in touch via chat and got a nice person "Daniel" who provided more information/clarification about my transaction.

The product I bought works well and the customer service was very good and much appreciated.

If I have need of future goods/services like this I won't hesitate to return and I will be recommending this site to friends and family as well.

They were helpful beyond the sale, helping me get things set up on my computer. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service.

Had to reset my laptop and thought I had lost my MS Office software from 2019. Chatted with Anne @ Saveonit.com and within minutes she had me linked to a download page that worked wonderful at getting me back up and running. I love it when a plan comes together! LoL

Ray Bryan did an excellent job of walking us through each step and explaining things along the way. Good people like Ray give Microsoft the great reputation it has.

This was a very easy to use website and Ray was amazing at helping me troubleshoot any issue I had in a timely manner. When we couldn't resolve my activation issue readily via email Ray was able to connect to my computer directly and solve the problem 1,2,3.
