I want to warn others about the 'coaching' model used by Sawan Kapoor. It appears to be a tiered monetization loop designed to extract increasing amounts of money under the guise of career advancement. It begins with a low-cost 'live' session (which is pre-recorded), followed by pressure to upsell into a moderately priced workshop, and eventually leads to a high-ticket pitch for a course costing over 1.5 Lakh. Please be cautious and verify the value before committing your hard-earned money.

After applying for jobs in several companies and not getting a proper response, I decided to join Sawan Kapoor seminar. I was hoping I'd learn something that could allow me to get hired faster with better position and a good pay. After 3 hours of long session I was more demotivated than I was before. I was expecting him to share a road map, or a strategy to apply in a right companies with a right pay. But all he had to offer was his own career journey, other people testimonies, and many many motivational junk. I did not learn anything in this entire session except the fact that to actually learn something I needed to be part be an "Apex" group, where I'd pay 1,999 Rs. Seriously?
So basically for 99 rupees you'll watch 3 hour of long advertisement for actual course where he'll lure you to pay another 2 thousand.

Most of the reviews he askes people to write during the class. 10 hrs maximum class he created for 100Hrs class. Just to justify 140000.from videos we can not have reference. Just marketting stratagy.

Mostly self appraisal in his videos. Not worth.

I booked the seminar for Rs. 99/- Really Guyz I did not get anything from this. It's not about 99 rupees, its about my valuable time. I really disappointed. Only boasting and useless material in the seminar.
And they did not return Rs also, which they claim.

I had lost the Job and seeing all the ads I went with much expectation but it was a total failure. This is my genuine feedback...The first program starts with 100 and for few hours loaded only with testimonials. Then he influences for 3 days program for 5k. And majority that gets covered is few presentations, major portion on meditation and again too many testimonials. Finally he comes with 90 days program for 5laksh that's discounted to 1lakh 70k...So many things are promised in the beginning at the end it's all for people who are rich and who are experienced. Please don't get in and get frustrated. Be careful as they play with emotions. Imagine approximate 180k per person. How much they have made money and trying to build kingdoms for themselves. If they want to do for society then it will not cost this much.

Useless 3 day program for Rs. 5k. Waste of money and time. Just gyan, gyan and gyan without any helpful tips. First he will waste your 2 hrs. marketing himself for Rs. 99, then he will waste 3 days giving lot of philosophy and without any useful tips. Finally he will ask Rs. 1.5L for final program. Don't fall into the trap.

I am writing to share a concerning experience with Sawan Kapoor. Few months back I encountered a Facebook ad promoting power up career in 2 hours, which included a fake countdown timer stating that I had only 15 minutes to register to unlock bonuses worth ₹6,487. This tactic felt misleading and pressured me to make a rushed decision.

Despite the urgency created by the timer, I decided to enroll after paying a fee. However, I was highly disappointed with the content delivered. Instead of the educational session I was expecting he created urgency to buy his another course for a significant amount of 6- 7K, I received recorded sessions where the individual primarily focused on boasting about their achievements. This fell short of my expectations and did not justify the cost involved. He again tried to sell another course for 1.5 lack.

I am sharing this experience to raise awareness about this misleading marketing practice and the quality of service offered.

Step up step procedures for job hunting was instructed by Mr.Sawan Kapoor in more systemic way. Very much useful session to know our potential !!!

It was great experience in 2 days workshop. Very scientific program. Learned golden steps for exceptional career. Learned new concept called Steekq and needs alongwith with Hard data and soft data research that was awsome.

Two full-day sessions were power-packed with full of influential energy. The content of the course was comprehensive and the way it was delivered by Mr. Kapoor was amazing..!

I have experienced, several BIG light bulb moments during the session and gained knowledge which were never part of our education system. The structured approach of investing in ourselves, finding strengths, the company needs, and a powerful SPT model is the key takeaway..!

The session which self experience Sawan for past two days is something mind blowing one. This trigger one's inner self and realize the individual the real potential they possess so far. I feel i would have attend this session few years back would have changed my professional life to a bigger in compare to that what i am today. I was always used to think to climb corporate ladders one need to have fancy degrees but after attending this session perspective got changed.

Attending these 2 days session felt like completed MBA!!
