I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough. After dealing with a mice problem in my home for four weeks, I was becoming increasingly frustrated and worried. No matter what I tried, the issue just wouldn't go away, and it was causing a lot of stress for me and my family.

Sunny from Saxon Pest Management came out to assess the situation and immediately put my mind at ease. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem and what needed to be done to resolve it. It was clear from the start that he knew exactly how to handle the situation.

The team worked efficiently and thoroughly, making sure every part of the problem was dealt with properly. Within just two days, they had completely removed the mice issue that I had been struggling with for four weeks. The difference was incredible, and I finally felt comfortable in my home again.

Fantastic service. Came with in 1 hour. I had a wasp nest outside my garden house. Ahmed managed to clear it with in a hour. I highly recommend to anyone who has pest or vermin issues.

Very disappointed with the aftercare service.

The gentleman I dealt with was lovely and polite, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I was told that the problem would be resolved after two treatments, but that did not happen.

When the issue continued, I contacted them to follow up under the one-year warranty. I called several times and sent multiple messages, but most calls and messages were left unanswered. On the occasions I did receive a response, I was given a date by which they would get back to me, but this never materialised either.

As a result, I had to pay another company to come out and deal with the same problem — something I had already paid Saxon Plus Control for, with a one-year warranty included.

What was even more disappointing was that when I explained I had now had to pay someone else because the warranty had not been followed through, there was no apology or acknowledgement. Instead, the response was along the lines of saying that it was a good thing and that both companies could deal with it together.

It is a shame because the person himself was pleasant to deal with, but a warranty means very little if it is not honoured. Based on my experience, the aftercare was very poor and I would not recommend their service.

I contacted Saxon Pest Management and Sonny arrived within an hour when other companies couldn’t help that evening. He and his colleague were punctual, polite, respectful, and very professional. They removed a dead fox from my garden quickly and disinfected the area. They are very reasonable price compared to the others. Highly recommended, I’m a very happy customer.

Unresponsive - they came over twice to put down poisoning which was less than five to ten minutes each time. Had to chase for them to come the second time. Post this we agreed for them to come to do the proofing but have chased multiple times and no response.. very unprofessional

Amazing service by the guys at Saxon. Very honest, attentive and just all round brilliant at what they do. I had a rat problem which we discovered on Sunday. Ahmed and Q were down on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and applied a fix right away. Their service is reassuring as it is impeccable. Will always come to Saxon for any pest issues.

We called Saxon out when cockroaches started coming into our kitchen which became quite distressing. Sonny and his brother visited promptly and were friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything and were very reassuring. Following their treatments over two visits we are now cockroach-free which is a great relief. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I would not use Saxon Pest management again, nor recommend them. They did not stick to their appointments and took my money and I have not heard from them again after the second appointment . 1 star is too generous. Unfortunately, I had to pay for another private pest control company to deal with the issue and I have not ever heard from Saxon pest control why they didn’t keep their appointment, nor answer calls and email .

Started as a good experience, we had a rat in our kitchen and they came and put down traps etc. came back a few times to check them and when it wasn’t catching anything went to last resort of poison (we have a dog so it wasn’t our preferred method). This still didn’t work, but the rat appeared to have gone away anyway. We then wanted to have rat proofing done to ensure they couldn’t come back in again, which was discussed initially at the beginning. We have a baby and it was really important to us to make sure the flat was safe from pests. Not only did they not come back again to do the proofing, they then started to ignore us completely, even when we asked them to come and remove the poison they had laid down. Now from my understanding, they must remove poison because it’s considered hazardous waste and not something that is easy to dispose of. Considering they knew we had both a baby and a dog, to leave poison in our kitchen is both unprofessional and dangerous. Very disappointing experience.

I called them assuming that i had bed bugs. At first they came and checked , gave me some advice and told me empty all the drawers , told me they were coming in two days time. They came on time today and examined bed and bed base and told me absolutely no evidence of bed bugs. Such honest and trusted company. I would recommend to anyone.

The service we received from saxon has been excellent.The first to sort the pest problem, the next two to check every thing had been successfully eradicated. I was first skeptical about using saxonpestmangament, however, they have completely changed my views. I've been having trouble with rats in the home and was having trouble with finding the right company. When I first called Saxon, they answered the phone immediately and assured me that they would look into it as soon as they could. They arrived the following day and dealt with the problem effectively and promptly. Not only were they efficient but also respectful in their dealings. I could not recommend Saxon enough. Will definitely be using them again.
