I can't thank Saaz Solicitors enough for the support they've given me throughout this stressful experience. Finding out that a parking company had wrongfully added a CCJ to my credit file was incredibly upsetting, but from the very beginning, the team at Saaz Solicitors gave me confidence that my case was being handled properly.

They have been professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me. Thanks to their hard work, they were able to reach an agreement with the parking company's solicitors, and I'm now waiting for their final response so the CCJ can be completely removed from my credit file.

Smart Parking issue court claims against me for PCN. Despite i have been sold the car long ago and luckily got all the evidence but they still continuesly send me debt letters which resulted me being given a CCJ. Conatcted SAZ Solicitors and they got it canclled all the claim i'm exteremly happy with the outcome I couldn’t recommend them enough, They dealt everything professionally.

Smart Parking issued three court claims against me for PCNs that had originally been cancelled. Despite me having the evidence of the cancellations and making a formal complaint they still continued which resulted in me being given a CCJ and having to fight two additional cases. Within weeks of SAZ solicitors being instructed they had all three claims discontinued, my CCJ set aside and a refund from Smart Parking for court fees. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they took all the stress out of it and were professional and communicative throughout.

Absolutely brilliant, took 12 months but the scumbag parking company who gave me a ticket for my tyre touching white white line in a parking space fit for a go kart have lost.

Fabulous company ! I received a ticket for dropping a passenger off outside Leeds City Station (Wrongly) while parked on the roadside. The company was IPC, (UKCPS Ltd) There were no clear visible signs in sight.
