They talk a good game................
I gave them one star because they actually had a couple of fragrances that I enjoyed. Other than that, I would have rated them negatively if I could have. Everything started off good but quickly went south!!!! After numerous calls and emails to customer service, I got nowhere!!!!! Their customer service is a joke!!!!! They cannot even return an email!!!! I had to contact them multiple times before I even got a response. These guys are great if you don't mind paying full price and only receiving about 3/4 of what you thought you would get. ALL of the scents that I ordered stopped diffusing when there was STILL 1/4 - 1/2 in. of liquid remaining in the glass container and they are trying to tell me that that is normal!!!! Well, I did not pay for an almost full bottle, I paid for a full bottle!!!!!! In essence, I got taken advantage of on every single bottle and they refuse to do anything to rectify the situation!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
