I have got these as I like to have a nice smell in the room. Mum has dementia and likes flowery smells, having these burning helps with keeping her happy.

Very happy with the products in my first order from this company i.e. Whipped soap, Reed Diffuser and wax melts. The wax melts are strong and give a good throw. Whipped soap is lovely. Reed Diffuser gives a good scent in the bathroom.

Iv only use a few so far smell is amazing lasts ages on my eight hour burn candles and such good value for money

Ordered the sample box under the new customer offer, so got 2! What can I say except wow. Each pot can be cut (I do 3) and the scent is so strong. I’ve used 2 pieces so far and they’ve both lasted 2-3 days. The fragrances are great too and there are only a couple in the sample box that I wouldn’t choose. By far the best ‘non premium’ wax melts I’ve ever used, and I’ve used a lot! Excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be ordering more when I need to and will recommend.

Good choice of scents and not badly priced. Only problem is have is that I haven't been able to smell once melted 5 out of the 6 i have tried . Think that is a me problem i found that I cant smell many wax melts recently no matter where I buy them from.

Their service is outstanding. Products are always as high standards as possible and they listen for customer requests. Their staff are always there to help

The wax… omg. Soft, strong, lasts forever, amazing throw… there is so much variety! Bakery, laundry, mystical, evening, fresh… something for everyone. No longer do I have to worry about a melt losing its scent, I simply change it when I’m bored and not because I “have” to.

Customer service is fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble. I ordered the wrong thing once and within 5 mins of me raising the issue, it was fixed! The admin team on the Facebook page are so friendly and helpful too.

I have had many orders from Scents and Scentsibility now, and I have loved every single item. Orders are packed beautifully and with such care, and includes a little card with my name on it. The dispatch time is very fast so I never have to wait very long for my goodies to arrive. My most recent order was some of the licensed bookish was melts, and a themed wax melt selection clam. So much thought and care is put into all S&S products, the scents smell amazing and the scent throw is fantastic. The small team who hand make all the products are so friendly and genuine.
I highly recommend S&S.

Only found scents and scentsibility in may this year (2025) my first order was amazing and i havent stopped supporting this busuness since.. the wax smells out of this world.. so many gorgeous scents.. they do so many products which are also incredible.. they have to be my number 1 vendor at the moment i will always support this company now because i am obsessed :) the owners claire and barrie are wonderful people and are always there for you when needing assistance with anything.. the community on the fb group is a wonderful place to be so many nice people on group feels homely and a big happy family :)

We purchased from the live shop recently, and the products are amazing. The fragrances are strong, the packaging is beautiful, the delivery was fast, and they are a really nice bunch of people. Highly recommended.

Bought linen sprays and was amazed at how long the scent lasted, several hours, and how little I used. Will definitely be back for more!

Second time ordering. First time I ordered sample boxes and second time I ordered some full size products and subscribed. I have spent (wasted) a lot of time and money on other wax melts. These DELIVER! The smells are amazing, there were a few in the sample boxes that weren't my preference but my mum happily took them! But they smell the perfect amount, strong but not overpowering. The smells spreads throughout the house. And the smells keep coming as long as the burner is on. They dont have a 5 minute smell and then nothing like many I have tried! And you still get a lingering smell hours after burning. Customer service is great, and very personal touches make you feel special. And a lovely Facebook group too. Would give 10 stars if I could!

After trying many different wax melt companies, S&S is one of the best out there. I love the range of home blends, but also the care that goes into the making, customer service and packaging. The melts are always beautiful to look at and smell amazing.

This small company have the best products and staff, helpful and friendly service and make you feel like your family.
