Very poor no communication faulty parts sent
5 days just to despatch my order

I'm not saying they always do this, but personally experienced very poor customer service. After repeatedly emailing I was finally responded to and told to return the affected RC model, (bodywork and frame significantly out of line) a replacement would then be issued AS SOON as it was collected and scanned. One week later and after ordering a second unrelated model that I cannot access tracking for, (again ignored) and asking where either is, (£250.00 at this point) I am told that they in fact have not issued a replacement and are just refunding me 'as a replacement would not meet my high standards'
I can't attach photos but the problem was way beyond just having high standards...
All I asked for was the whereabouts of the replacement unit, and a tracking number for my second purchase.
Reading other reviews it seems that straightforward sales are all positive, but as soon as there is an issue they don't want to know.

I really cannot get enough of this shop! I have had well into the double figures amount of deliveries. ALWAYS on time always well packaged. I have now noticed they do a price match also. I really couldn’t justify buying from anywhere else online. To see this store as 3.5 stars on trust pilot there was gobsmacking. I’ve had a few times where I’ve been unsure of things and gave them a call. They are always more than helpful and don’t try to rush you off the phone no matter how daft the question. Will continue to make purchases from you guys.

I ordered a vanquish vs410 on Wednesday it came on the Thursday absolutely no issues would recommend buying from sc models

2 weeks of pure hassle.. Shaun the “owner” has no concept of customer service, anything that goes wrong must work in their favour first . £500 paid and had to argue for a replacement towards the end .

Delivery went missing , delivery company accepted liability.

Shaun @ sc models , dragged the replacement out for 2 weeks, making untold excuses . Wouldn’t use them again , and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone else . Shaun also fed me loads of lies and promises . But thankfully got the model in the end.

Process was smooth and items were delivered properly packaged. Servos had a competitive price, and the gear tool was the one needed. Recommended.

Ordered a clear body shell for my Maverick Quantum 2 MT thanks to Shaun for confirming it for me and sending it our super fast. Why are there any negative comments here...because some people are too negative in life the problem is them. This company is badass I will be using their service again. Thanks Sc Models

Ordered a set of DBoots tires at 14:00. They called to let me know Id missed next-day, and theyd refund me the extra postage. BOOM! 10:30 the next-day, the tires turned up.

I cannot fault them at all with this purchase and will definately be returning to them.

Missing parcel
Sc models are absolutely awful company and thief’s. Said they refunded Clearpay in October which they didn’t I hav all evidence they didn’t and still havin got refunded. They just keep making excuses and Shaun who’s meant to be boss or something won’t even speak on the phone cause he’s a conman and a thief who runs a crooked business

Don't trust those guys they rip people off, and that Shaun replied to my review talking rubbish they just con people beware from buying from them

One star is being generous. Terrible customer service!
The positives end at quick dispatch and delivery of items.
Ordered x3 batteries, SC Models only able to fulfil x1 - appreciate that stock problems can occur.
SC Models only notified of the stock level issue via email, and did not allow time or contact to amend or cancel the order, subsequently I have paid postage on this part order, with the remaining order cancelled I will now need to seek items from another supplier and pay further postage costs.

Customer service to resolve this matter has been terrible, whilst initially very positive with a prompt and out of business hours response, SC Models claimed to have attempted to call before dispatch to discuss option, this is a false claim, and then failed to respond to further emails in effort to resolve the complaint.

Fully appreciate stock control can be an issue, for me it is how this is handled and on this occasion SC Models got it wrong. Wouldn’t recommend or use again based on this experience.

They don't Really care about customers as I found out also customer service is terrible nightmare never again

Bought a car my springs were stuck the wheels was buckled and also when you turned left it went right and right went left and the had the cheek to say I’m lying and have crashed the car I have multiple rc cars and don’t recommend from this company any other as if there would be ewt wrong with your purchase they won’t believe you

I purchased paint remover which sc claim is safe on lexan bodies. It removed the paint but left my rc bodyshell damaged. Sc refunded the cost of the paint remover but I am left having to pay out £35 for a new bodyshell. DONT BUY FROM HERE, A LOAD OF COWBOYS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
