Great customer service.

I had received a faulty scooter and wanted a replacement. This was handled quickly and efficiently by ‘Carrie’.They made the situation 10x easier for me compared to previous experiences for much smaller items at a much lower price. Big thank you to Carrie.10/10 customer service.

Not Happy

Not Happy. The scooter arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the price was competitive. It arrived by a courier with no warning so that we could be here to receive it, but instead needed to visit an emailed link to an unprofessional website to schedule delivery. Upon inspection, there was no charging cable nor screws to attach the head unit to the base not extension for the tire valve nor paperwork. In my initial email I was explicit and thorough in defining what was needed to remedy the problem. I emailed back and forth way too many times before finally getting the customer service department to send the screws and cord finally 3 weeks later. They will not send the rest.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and apologies your experience was a negative one.

As we explained in our correspondence, our stock is mostly the global version of the Ninebot range. This is to keep our prices competitive, as you mention in your review, and does mean the contents can differ and not contain extras like an extension valve. We also explained that this range of e-scooters do not require pumping as they have anti-puncture tyres.

You were missing some essential items which we looked to rectify as swiftly as possible with your charger being delivered next day from when we placed the order. We informed you that we do not hold stock of other spare parts and therefore had to order the screws out to you.

We hope that you now have these items you are able to enjoy your new e-scooter.

Fast delivery, came correctly packaged with nothing missing, also had a free lock in the bottom of the box.

Purchased an electric scooter and it…

Purchased an electric scooter and it was faulty. To top it off, when requesting a refund via email, I had a sarcastic person the other end. They then wouldn’t refund me until I jumped through hoops and completed there tasks. Got my refund nearly 8 weeks after ordering, but they did deliver it fairly quickly!

Looking at the correspondence between yourself and a member of our Customer Service team, we can see we were very prompt in getting back to you to try and diagnose the fault. We then followed the same process we do with all customers when reporting a faulty item.

We did advise that we were very busy over the festive period but kept you updated and had the item collected in the new year once the couriers had returned to normal operation.

You initially reported the fault on the 19th December and we actioned the refund on the 14th of January, once we had confirmation the item had arrived safely at our warehouse. This was less than 4 weeks from reporting the fault to getting a refund.

We believe this 1-star review does not reflect the service you received.

Great value and Great service

Purchased a XIAOMI PRO 2 three days ago, not only was it about £100 cheaper than everywhere but it was ordered Monday evening and was delivered by Wednesday.

Customer service is brilliant answered me within a day to resolve my problem,scooter arrived as it said 1-2 working day , scooter it self is brilliant the best one I’ve tried so far , quick and easy to set it up Easy to use and love the 3 different modes sport mode is unreal and fast ! Incorrect Information Given, but Delivery was Quick

At first I was disappointed to see I was charged for delivery when the product I was purchasing was advertised with FREE delivery.
After discussing this with Customer Service and providing a screenshot as form of evidence, the issue was unfortunately not resolved.

On a positive note, the product was delivered within 2 days of purchase.

Our manual scooters and accessories do come with a delivery charge which is clearly shown at the checkout. We notice the section you were referring to needs updating and we will be revising this.

Problem solved

My 2 scooters arrived on time but someone from your household has to sign for it but this was not a problem . I did have another problem with the chargers cable. After contacting scooter hub they resolved my problem promptly. Thank you scooter hub .

Amazing price and service

I ordered a scooter which was the cheapest price on the market, which was amazing!! They said it would be with me in 2 days and withing 2 days I had the scooter delivered...all at no extra cost. Amazing price and service. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant!

Fast delivery, best price and really good scooter, the only thing i can fault is it doesn’t feel like it can go 28 miles in range, it seems to run out quicker.

The range advertised is when used at the lowest speed setting and is also dependant on the terrain, gradient and rider weight.

I’ll never buy off this company again!!!

I never write reviews but I want people to be aware of this company we bought my daughter a scooter in October for Christmas when we opened it on Christmas morning you could clearly see on the wheels and foot stand that the scooter had been used. I sent an email to scooter hub explaining to them that it was a Christmas present and when opened we realised it had obviously been sent back to them and they resold it to us they emailed back telling me it was out of the 30 days return policy!!!. If I had of wanted a second hand scooter for my daughter I wouldn’t off paid full price absolute rip off

As explained to this customer, we have a 30 day return policy. We understand this was a Xmas gift but it is the consumers responsibility to check they are satisfied with the product within the 30 day period.

All our stock is genuine and brand new. It is also clear from our many positive reviews that we have very happy customers and aren't selling second hand products.

Faulty Scooter from Santa

This was a gift for Christmas and when my son opened it on Christmas day we found the handle bar has a big slice through the foam.

This was so disappointing as he was so excited but couldn't play on it.

Trying to explain to a 3 year old that a scooter from Santa is broken didn't go down too well...

I hope this can be resolved quickly so we can put a smile back on his little face.

Excellent

Bought an electric scooter for my grandson, although price initially seemed more expensive than large retailers, the 2 year warranty included made it much more cost effective
Very prompt delivery, recommend and we would use them again
