Poor customer service
I cancelled my membership almost a year ago. In the middle of the night, I received an email saying I ordered one bottle and it will be shipped to me soon. They don’t have my current payment information. When I talked to the online chat bot, it said all active members are being moved to a different platform so I have to reactivate my account. I don’t have an account anymore, this is a scam. I’m pretty sure they want me to reactivate my account, in hopes I will go through with the wine purchase I didn’t sign up for. This is a very pathetic way to get sales. I like the wine, but I won’t be purchasing in the future due to this.

In trying to activate my account in the new shopping storefront, I ran into some shipping issues. I called, and within a few minutes, customer service had my order confirmed and hopefully on its way soon. I love that they ship in the summer.

No headaches
I love how this brand tests every batch! I don’t need to worry about pesticides or too much sulfites when I’m drinking on Friday night with husband…no headaches with this brand.

Want to know what your drinking.
I’m not big on wine but I do enjoy an occasional drink. Having a membership saves me the trip to the store and I always have a bottle to share with guest or when I attend an event. But my go to would be wilderness road I can drink it straight or substitute it for vodka. I have food intolerances and it is such a piece of mined to know exactly what’s in my drinks.

Hands down the best!!
I stopped grocery drinking wine because I would feel awful during drinking and even worse the next morning.
Little did I know it's because of all the stuff they add to it. After doing quite a bit of research- mass produced wine and how its made churns my stomach!
I was introduced to these wines, and fell in love instantly! They are Clean Crafted! Which means nothing but Sun, Soil, and Grapes! The way wine should be.
