Ashleigh made everything so easy to understand from the beginning and was always helpful, friendly and reassuring whenever we had questions. Lesley was also fantastic at keeping in touch, helping us along the way and making sure everything was progressing as it should.

The mortgage side of buying our first home was honestly one of the most straightforward parts of the whole process, which says a lot! We always felt like we knew what was happening and that we could get in touch if we needed anything.

Easy to work with and very friendly staff especilly david i would not fault this company in any way there worth the waight in gold :)

My experience was very positive. Speaking to David initially, he was very polite and flexible to accommodate me as a shift worker, often scheduling calls into the evening for my convenience.
The information I received was explained clearly and answered all my questions. He responded to emails promptly and was very quick and efficient in submitting the mortgage application.
Lesley was also brilliant. Polite and knowledgeable, she ensured I was also regularly updated, but also suggested other services that may be useful to me.
I would recommended Scout Financial without hesitation!
