We had a good experience with Scout financial services when we used them to get a mortgage for our new property. The first agent made a few mistakes on our initial application which caused us to have to reapply and incurred a second credit check which was not ideal. The second agent was great and made sure the application was filled in correctly and checked everything thoroughly to make sure there would be no more mistakes. We were able to secure a mortgage for our property without any issue and we're really pleased with how scout rectified the initial mistake.

Excellent service from Mortgage Advisor Esther Morrell and administrator Steven Williams. Remortgage went through on time and process was well explained.

Adam Nicholls and Steven Jackson from day one was great to work with professional and knowledgeable and always quick to answer any questions we had or help we needed either by email or phone call, as first time buyers it took a lot of pressure off us
