Very polite and helpful on the day, the job took all of 15 minutes (a deconstructed 1990's server rack from the 5th floor of our former office building down to the loading bay - 120KGs of good, solid steel, plus a short stretch of structured cabling we were also disposing of). Should I need a collections service in the future, will keep them on my phone.
