Very poor service, staffs help was very limited by the management.
I am very concerned that Zone Firewall continues to phone (using different numbers) me repeatedly, despite all my requests to stop. It feels like harassment given my decision more than a year ago that I would never have any dealings with the company again (see previous reviews).
I had a clinician performed PCR, and the rest itself is fine. The clinician was efficient, friendly and helpful. But the '24hr test' is 24 hours from when the lab receives the sample. My sample, collected at 3:30, wasn't recieved by the lab until nearly 12:30 the next day. That's far too long and makes makes it near 48 hours. If you need your test turned around quickly, look elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs! Please avoid this company if you are COVID testing to go abroad. I signed up weeks in advance, followed every instruction they provided me. Posted my test to them with plenty of time before my flight, was told result would be received 24 hours after they received it. Tracking info showed it as delivered in plenty of time.. NEVER RECEIVED THE RESULT! I had to book a last minute test for £100 with another company as Screen4 failed to provide any service or refund me for the additional payment I had to make due to their negligence. When I contacted them they didn’t even provide a reason for never sending me a result for the test. Please use another company - the service has been absolutely disgraceful and I would not wish the stress they have caused on anyone else.

I ordered the wrong test and was so stressed my son is ill in the USA I needed to get there ASAP I was so inset and flustered I couldn't do anything

The interface for uploading test results was very confusing, and led to frustration and worry with our flight approaching... but Sophie at the online customer service was helpful and efficient, and helped us to get the matter sorted out quickly (in the end it involved rather counter-intuitively hitting the "delete" button and re-uploading the test result photo). Thanks, Sophie... but Screen4, please do something about the user-friendliness of the upload page!

I needed to chat online to ask for details about Screen4's dropbox. I was chatting with a very efficient and helpful lady whose name was SOPHIE. She very quickly gave me the help I needed.
My wife and me booked 72 hour PCR home test kits following recommendation through from TUI website. We are both nurses and are familiar with swab sampling. We both had our samples rejected as ‘insufficient’ volume- not sure what odds are on that happening but I should have bought a lottery ticket that day. Complained and was totally mugged off by office junior. Very very annoyed. There is no comeback for these services. They rip us all off. I can only call out their poor performance in on line reviews, of which I am doing as many as possible. Simply do not use them - go elsewhere.
PCR Test
I had a couple of queries regarding the PCR home test kit and process, and Sophie responded quickly and was very helpful.
Spoke to Jamie Mcgrath and couldn't have asked for better service! Explained the process clearly, answered all the questions I had and put my mind at ease to focus on less stressful dilemma's... like which flip flops I'm packing! Top work! :)

Waste of time and money. Sent the sample within 6 hours of the earliest opportunity (needed to be within 72hours). No result before travel and one result came back inconclusive. Had to spend more money the night before the flight at the airport getting rapid tests which were actually not that much more than the screen 4 tests. Caused a lot of stress and the customer service were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all. Avoid. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Update: I also have noted that all responses are a copy and paste of identical text which furthers my comment of a lack of compassion and clearly shows this is a common problem they encounter.

Bought 2 test kits to support a flight at 17:30 on a tuesday. Sample had to be taken too late for Royal Mail Priority collection on Saturday 3pm, so it was collected on Sunday. However (as I found out) Royal Mail 24 does not count Sundays so it was not sorted until Monday evening and only delivered to lab on Tuesday. Result came at 4am on Wednesday.
USELESS - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Jamie and his helpers were no help at all and refused to refund for a service which is imposible to deliver (on a tuesday)

I was stressed out about the test windows and unsure if my test would arrive in time and went to the livechat for help. Jamie was really helpful and gave me clear guidance and all the information I needed which has put me at ease and I'm very happy with the service.
