Terrible to have to deal with. Avoid!
Booking was ok initially, but as soon as there was a change from the airline dealing with the customer service and getting email confirmations of changes, was horrible. Bad phone lines, customer service reps just saying what they had repeated and not answering our questions, confirmation emails without any details specifically for us etc.
We were also due a refund for part of the trip. This took 3 months and lots f chasing to get, even though for 2 weeks they said they had the refund from the airline, but didn't pay it to us...
Never again booking through Flightnetworks!
