Same as everyone else. No returns address, no communication, no answer to emails. DO NOT BUY - RIP OFF - crappy clothes and no chance of returning them. Massive scam.

One item I ordered was fine but the other had faulty stitching so that it didn't sit as it should and was far too big even though i took care to check measurements before buying. They are not responding to my messages and so there is no way to return the item or get a refund. As so many others have said, I wish I had checked the reviews of this site before buying, lesson learned! I will also be escalating this, companies like this shouldn't be able to get away with this sort of behaviour!

Swimsuit was average quality for the price but sizewise wasn't anything resembling the size I had ordered. SeaFancy refuse point blank to respond to emails requesting the returns address. No invoice or delivery note arrives with the goods so there is no address to send the goods back to.
Avoid this company like the plague they are clearly fraudsters

Swimsuit arrived faulty with stitching hanging out between breast bone area and fabric on front had a hole in. Emailed photos requesting to return but no response a week on to the designated return email or FB messages. Avoid.

Absolutely no customer service, they are truly shocking! I have sent numerous emails and messages requesting returns information and a refund but not heard a thing. I am absolutely disgusted, I am £80 out of pocket and cannot use the items as they don’t fit how they should!!

No indication that they are in USA. Very dishonest. Bought three and two do fit, rather odd design. Quality only OK. Would like to return the third but doubt it will be worth the hassle and expense. Should have read the reviews! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade in UK.

So I left a review before but it seems to have disappeared. Not a good experience with this company. Swimsuits arrived after over 2 weeks. They are in themselves ok quality but they don’t fit. After emailing, Facebook messaging and leaving comments all over Facebook they eventually answered. I’ve had to haggle for a refund over a space of 2 weeks (they only reply to messages every 3-4 days) and have finally managed to get them to agree to a refund of £42 (I paid £62) but am so fed up I agreed and I can keep the swimsuits (not much good but hey Ho) I’m now just waiting to see if the money actually arrives into my account, but given they have not asked for any details I am sceptical. A friend suggested I go to my bank so that will be the next step. Oh and they will never give you a return address! They will only ever say don’t use the address on the package, and give you a long drawn out returns explanation but never give you an actual address. SCAM!

2 costumes purchased as unsure of size - both way off on sizing so want to return. No reply to message sent via messenger or to the email customer services. Will try credit card company to see if they will refund

Do not order from this company! It would have been a complete disaster from start to finish had I not paid with PayPal, who came to the rescue and returned my money. Ordered 2 swimsuits in April, heard nothing from them for 3 weeks. Only after I contacted them to find out when the swimsuits would arrive did I receive any communication. One was cancelled by them and I got a refund, the 2nd was on its way. When it did arrive it was far too big, despite using the guide on their website. Then the fun began when I couldn’t find a returns address, in the swimsuit package or on their website. It had to be returned to USA, tracked! The package hadn’t come from the USA, their website is .co.uk, not .com. I was offered a voucher for a future purchase and a discount on the swimsuit that had arrived. I did not want either as I felt the company were trading dishonestly and their customer service was appalling. One communication said, 'if you insist on returning the goods…..'! Thankfully I’d paid using PayPal and after a few communications with them I received my money back in the form of a credit for a future payment, which I’m happy with as I use PayPal a lot. Hopefully PayPal are now monitoring Seafancy for future trading misdemeanours.

Thank you so much for all your comments. Was just about to order costumes for myself and a friend. Returns seemed a bit vague on the website so decided to check reviews first.

There was limited communication from the start, I chased the order, and it still never arrived. I took this up with paypal and wanted the delivery fee refunded which they would not do, so I am settling for refund of just the swimwear. They have still not refunded. I will most likely need to have paypal chase again. Interestingly there is no CEO email address or office to write to, which I would normally do to get resolve. As stated, I did not look at the reviews to my detriment!

I have learnt a lesson from my experience with this company….they state Easy Returns !! They are not interested, don’t answer emails, should not be allowed to trade

I wish I could give no stars to this website. As others have experienced, I ordered swimwear from seafancy.co.uk. It took ages to arrive. I chased my order using the website provided, and got no response. The swimwear did eventually arrive. Quality and fit terrible. I have tried to contact them to arrange a return (as per the instructions on the website). Heard absolutely nothing. I have contacted them via Instagram. Nothing. I have left comments on their instagram posts. They have been deleted (probably because they are negative and drawing attention to their fraudulent behaviour). Through raising a paypal dispute I discover this is a Chinese operation. Avoid. I wish I'd seen the trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Don't waste your time and your money with this company. They don't accept returns because "the return parcel should be sent to the US, the shipping fee is expensive."
They offered partial refund. I accepted half the value of the items I wanted to return. 20/05/23 I was told through Instagram private message (they totally ignore emails) that they have refunded me and I'd receive the money within 3-5 days.
31/05/23 still not received and they are just ignoring all communications. Now I'm stuck with 2 items that are useless to me and down >£70.

I'm so cross I didn't read the reviews. No paperwork in my parcel and wish to return an item, nomrssponse as yet....

I agree with all the negative reviews, received my package, nice quality swimsuits, however no documentation enclosed or any indication on line how one could return or exchange items that don't fit well.
I too wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

In total agreement with the other negative reviews and I wish I had read them before purchasing. This company is not UK based despite using a UK domain site and actually appear to be based in China from what I can gather from their email address obtain via Paypal. I think that they are trading in breach of regulations.They do not respond when you try and contact them to return an item. There are no details of their registered company address, their trading address, returns address or other UK contact details on their website. The only response received from them came after I opened a dispute through PayPal and even then they have still not provided a returns address. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. Update: I got a full refund from PayPal after speaking to an advisor. Do not bother trying to get your money from the company. PayPal said the more people who complain via them and seek a refund the more likely they will do something about the company.

Agree with other comments - do not use this company. Customer service is appalling, and they do not do what their website says re returns and I am still waiting for a refund or a smaller costume or a replacement. It does look as though it is uk based and return postage, which has to be used, is £££££. It’s a shame as costumes are nice but I think it is a shady outfit and one to be avoided at all costs….!!!

I would like to give no stars. I ordered 2 pieces a swimsuit and a bikini. The swimsuit is too big and I couldn't try on the bikini as the pants had no protective covering. To date I've sent 3 emails for returns, clearly it's not going to happen. They have a UK website which is why I decided to buy but there is no return paperwork, you are supposed to email them but they don't reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

This company uses a UK web address, when they are clearly based in the US. It's using US sizing without stating that fact, which is truly shocking when it costs a small fortune to return the mis-sized item. Their response was a 30% refund with a voucher for next purchase, but you get to keep the ill fitting swimsuit and find someone who wants it. Great. I only wish I had come to read the reviews here first.
