I’m still waiting for a reply to my emails requesting an address to return my costume which is too big. This request has been ignored and I want my money back. I am considering contacting PayPal to try and get a refund that way.

AVOID Customer service is virtually non existent. You cannot call them or do live chat. You cannot message on Instagram. You can only email and then they take days to respond. I have now waited 8 days just to get the returns address for my items that don't fit. There is no returns form on their site or address to send things back to. If I had realised this I would not have bought from them as obviously with bikinis you need to buy for choice/style and size .

Still trying to get a reply about a return I am trying to make.

Horrendous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. Bad quality and I’m still trying to return. They will not give me the return address. Now they’re saying it’s in the US but still won’t give it to me.

Same experience as previous. Order still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I should have checked this company out further so my own fault. Heavily advertised on Facebook (i have reported as scam but adverts still popping up). Chinese company disguised as fairly expensive UK company. Lesson learnt - waste of £80.

Total scam. Also trades under Swimbatheforall.

I tried emailing several times to no avail. I just have to put it down to my stupidity for not checking this company beforehand.

As so many of these reviews say, don't use this company. I have a full order to return (£134) as it took ages to arrive in the first place and didn't arrive in time for my holiday. Despite three emails and trying to contact them via Facebook and Instagram messages (as you need to have consent to return items) I haven't had a response. It's really frustrating - I want my money back and the parcel off my desk. I should have been alerted by the lack of contact details on the website.

Really not happy with this company and now having read all the reviews I regret ordering. They do not view messages on social media nor reply to emails. Terms and conditions clearly state a reply will be 1 business day - not the case. You have to email them for an address to return items to and I'm getting nowhere trying to return items.
Will need to try to go through credit card company for reclaim of money.
Seriously regret spending over £60 with this sham

If you made your purchase via PayPal I advise that you pursue your refund via them. I did eventually get my refund. Don’t bother trying to communicate with seafancy as they will just ignore you.

Oh I wish I had read these reviews first. Awful company. 10 days of trying to get a response on how to return an order. Next stop will be getting my credit card company involved.

Like so many others I wished I’d checked this company out before ordering from them. I ordered a swim costume and tracked it on the confirmation email they sent. 10 days later the tracking system said it had been delivered but it had not been delivered to me. There is no contact number for them, you have to send an email which I did and to date have heard nothing from them. I’m not expecting to receive the costume and judging from the other reviews if it did turn up the quality of the product is really poor. I’m going to report them to Trading Standards.

Not good enough. Take your money and you then hear nothing until you contact them. They are not a UK registered company. They do not appear to pay VAT and they don’t deliver.

Really wish I had checked out this company here before ordering, as I have emailed twice no about a return and realise from the responses below I am unlikely to get a reply. It took ages to arrive and I realise the return is to the US now, despite it being a uk website. Poor quality item too, I don’t have high hopes of getting my money back or a reply…avoid.

Avoid this company. Their website states 5 working days for delivery and as they have a .co.uk address on their website I took them at their word. Goods however come from Asia and took six weeks to arrive. However that was the least of my problems, it is impossible to get a refund from them as they refuse to give a returns address to return the goods.
The swimsuits were very poor quality and ill fitting but I am stuck with them as it is impossible to return them without a returns address. They ignore emails. I took to trying to contact them via their FB page (and also saw plenty of other people trying to do the same) however every day all our negative comments were "hidden" and ignored. I wish I had checked them out on Trust Pilot before making my impulse purchase. Avoid at all costs, they are not reputable.

Avoid this company if you want to return anything. Despite having a UK website, they ship from the US. So if you need to return something they require you to pay for shipping to the US. They did everything they could to avoid me returning, apart from giving me a full refund. The refund offer went from a 30% refund to a 75% refund for keeping the item. Delivery takes ages. Really would not recommend

Time to report company which I am doing as no returns or contact from sellers.

I have tried to contact seafancy several times about how to do a return so far nothing shocking customer service will never buy from them again.

Avoid ordering from this company unless you're absolutely sure you won't have to return anything. I ordered three swimsuits, which don't fit. I emailed customer service requesting a return as per the instructions on the website, and didn't hear anything back, despite assurance on the website that emails would be answered in one business day. I then messaged them on Facebook - again, no response. While they say they accept returns, they really don't, as they withhold the information you need to make a return. I'm now out of pocket with products I can't use.

As for so many others, I have written several times asking for instructions to return an unwanted item. They have made no effort to contact me in return. I no longer believe they will honour my rights.
I wish I had read these reviews first and will certainly never use this company again
