I only ever use Sea Magik skin care. It is reasonably priced and a lovely range of fabulous creams. It keeps my skin feeling hydrated and silky smooth. I love the ethical values of Sea Magik too.

The products seem great but not the website
The products seem great, but the website is hard work and I eventually ordered some products and got as far as ordering and would not work so I lost patience and left the website.

Regarding the website, it is ever evolving and we love to get clear feedback so we can address any issues you may have had and ensure the website is the best it can be. We have just done a large update on the checkout so if this was your pain point please do try again. If you are still struggling, there may be sepeicifc issue and you can call the office direct 10-1 and 2-4 and we can put your order through on the phone. Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to hear you don't love this new formulation as much as the original. As a team we were huge fans of the old formula, but we now love the new formulas even more and hope you will too. I would like to reassure you that none of the ingredients have been watered down. The consistency has changed a little as it has been reformulated in line with our new 'clean and conscious' policy, ensuring we are using as many natural Spa ingredients as possible.
