Amazing and smooth experience with Karina and Tetiana who organised my last trip to Mauritius. The choice was made based on my requirements and I didn’t hesitate to pick one of three best options sent , better price than others including a half board, assistance in Mauritius..

Here's some feedback regarding our 16 day journey. We couldn't have done it without SEANSES and more importantly our agent Karina. She was accommodating to our changes and provided great recommendations even after our own research. Furthermore, Karina set everything up to be seamless from our end and was communicative throughout our trip. Thank you!!

Travel Payments:
Karina helped us select the best flight plan and we booked this on our own via credit card. For the rest of the trip such as accommodations, transportation (excluding major flights), tickets (e.g., Sonara Camp in Dubai), local VIP contacts, etc. For these payments we used Wise wire transfer directly to SEANSES in separate payments.

Stop 1: Four Seasons Desroches: [TOP PICK]
The resort was truly exceptional, offering a natural, calming environment. Our villa blended luxurious modernity with local island designs, creating a serene atmosphere that felt miles away from our usual busy lives. Desroches Island stands out with its array of activities, including feeding giant tortoises, water sports like kayaking, and cycling through scenic paths. A key highlight was a private picnic on Madame Zabre Beach, which offers picturesque views seen in many online postcards.

Stop 2: Four Seasons Seychelles:
The resort itself is stunning, particularly with its villas situated on the cliffsides. The staff efficiently checked us in, and we were soon escorted to our villa via buggy. Our villa offered breathtaking views of the ocean and jungle, and its secluded location ensured privacy, with minimal sightings of other guests.

We were welcomed with arrival gifts, including chocolates, champagne, cake, and a stuffed toy for our daughter. The highlights of our stay was the Creole festive night, soft sandy beach, and expansive main pool.

Stop 3: The Royal Atlantis Dubai:
The Royal Atlantis on Palm Jumeirah Island offered a different experience compared to our other destinations, boasting ultra-luxurious accommodations. However, our check-in experience was less than ideal, taking an hour to receive our room key, and our luggage was not promptly delivered.

Our room was modern and well-equipped with luxurious toiletries, though we missed the personalized touch we received at Four Seasons. The staff at The Royal Atlantis seemed impersonal and robotic, with a lack of recognition or personalized service.

The highlight of our Dubai stay was Sonara Camp, a must-visit experience. We were picked up in a brand-new Land Cruiser and driven to the desert for dune bashing. The pre-dinner activities included holding a falcon, camel rides, dune boarding, and more. The dinner itself was fantastic, with a kids' corner and captivating fire entertainment.

Stop 4: Ozen Reserve Bolifushi Maldives:
The resort looked stunning, and our choice was influenced by our daughter's wish for a water slide, a feature few Maldivian resorts offer. Additionally, Ozen Reserve was the only all-inclusive resort on our trip. Our overwater villa with a slide was beautiful but felt slightly dated compared to other resorts. We were greeted with arrival gifts and champagne in our villa. The staff helped to make our daughter's birthday special.

Stop 5: Four Season Landaa Giraavaru Maldives: [TOP PICK]
Our last resort was meant to celebrate our daughter's birthday and our 10-year anniversary. The staff did an excellent job keeping the surprises coming, from a vow renewal ceremony on Blu Beach Club to a private dinner and a surprise overwater platform dinner in the middle of the lagoon the next night. The meals were exceptional, and the attention to detail was impeccable.

Summary:
Our favorite destinations were undoubtedly the Four Seasons Desroches and Landaa Giraavaru, each offering unique experiences that exceeded our expectations. Just plan ahead and remain flexible with your budget and have fun!

The customer service at the property was fabulous like more than a 5 star stay and we felt home. The food and smooth transition to different villa in between the trip was good and we really enjoyed the food. The total itinerary at the stay was so well aligned and customer service i specially want to name at OBLU Select Sangeli property are Manager Sri, Mahendra at courtyard and chef Suresh went out of the box to provide us what we wanted.
