Have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company over the years and can confidently say, the worst customer experience imaginable. Very little accountability and poor customer experience.

I have been using the services of Comgateway for 15 years. When they had some issues a few years ago, I tried another company as an option. However, when Comgateway addressed these issues, I gave them another chance and I am very happy that I went back to them. Their website is a lot easier to use and their services are more efficient than ever.

I have used them for the past ten + years. Always contactable, no friction at all.

They recently registered as an overseas GST company in Singapore meaning we have to pay GST for any amount we are sending into Singapore. Please reconsider this. Singapore residence have no need to pay GST for goods below 400 SGD. More of us may use your service and shop overseas as oppose to locally if you deregister. Which means more business for you. Just saying;)

Packaging was insufficient. Despite requests to ensure package contents were protected on all sides by bubble wrap, packing beans were instead used, resulting in items shifting loose in the package as the packing beans migrated from one end of the box leaving no protection other than the outer cardboard. Claim on insurance delayed and not currently paid out - requesting same details already provided along with (14) photos provided already. Best look for alternatives to Comgateway, customer service is bot-like and will consume your time like it doesn't matter.

Delivery is usually earlier than notified.
Receiving my orders earlier than expected is always a delight.

Overall recent improvement benefits us the customer. Will continue to use comGateway services in good faith.

I attempted to purchase a popular American multi tool from the US, factory even utilizing my com gateway address as shipping they refused the order and in fact refunded my $.

I next looked on the Australian site and discovered.
1 the product was over $150 more expensive.
2 no free freight
3The pocket clip was different
4 And no engraving/customizing allowed.

I then investigated Com Gateway BFM facility and cannot express how much gratitude I have for the attention to detail and questions to ensure I received exactly what I was looking for.

Which in fact is what happened.

The packages came different times but we can see the package list from my account, so I know whose order arrived.
After all arrived, we ship out together and the shipping fee is good for many packages. It arrived quite fast after I ship out and all was in good condition. Thank you comgateway!

I've been using comGateway for a few years now for consolidating small packages and shipping them from US to Australia and have always been very happy with the service they provide. I've never had any issues.

Was trying to buy a limited collab pair of sneakers off a U.S. site, but for some reason they kept cancelling my order. Still not sure why but maybe it was because of the international shipping address?
Then I found comgateway because it looked like i could pay them to buy it for me. I was a bit hesitant because i read a lot of mixed stuff on here about them, but it was limited stock so i don’t have a lot of time to keep trying and just gave them a shot.
Setup was pretty straightforward. You put in the size, colour, URL etc, and it’s useful that i could even add special instructions. There’s an extra fee for their buyforme service of course, and I assume the store ships to their address first. I was relieved when the order was finally placed and i got the order confirmation before the size ran out.
About i think a week later, I finally received my shoes in my US address, after that, everything was simple. I just paid for shipping and received it in about 5 days(!) DHL delivered it, and the whole process was very professional. Everything was surprisingly smooth. I expected there might be small hiccups but nope, there were no delays, no issues. No customs problems either but maybe that’s because mine was just one item. Will definitely use them again.

I was actually a Comgateway customer years ago, but I haven’t shipped anything since COVID. Recently used their service again to ship a few packages from the USA to Singapore, and was pleasantly surprised.

For one, their new website is way better now, very user-friendly. My package shipped with DHL and because of that I could even set delivery instructions or choose to pick up from a locker.

Everything was a smooth experience from start to finish and I’ll definitely be using them again. It was nice to see that comgateway from the past have made improvements both to their website and their service.

SO EXPENSIVE. Hidden costs until you get to check out, be careful. This company used to be one of the best with very reasonable prices to ship to Australia. Now a 5kg box will cost you 400AUD to ship.
Look at other options!!

Contrary to the other reviews, my recent experience with Comgateway has been great, customer support has replied promptly within a day or a few hours to my queries, and items are processed at their warehouse within a day of arrival, and are shipped out within a day as well. It seems whatever issues they had prior have been resolved, and now their service is reliable and fast.

Attention Sydney NSW 2000 Deliveries - Make sure you check fees as they have postcode 2000 listed as Remote Surcharge and charge extra $10 USD for being remote location. When I told the agent that it is the postcode for the CBD and not remote at all they said it was on the couriers remote postcode list and will take my feedback into account as we make improvements moving forward... Have no complaints about the delivery of my last parcel as it arrived with no issues, just check what you are paying for...
