Secure Screening Services Bewertungen

I have used Secure Screening for years (in my current and previous roles) and have always found them to provide an excellent, competitively priced service. Recently, a candidate experienced some difficulties progressing their BPSS check. I reached out to customer service and Lucy replied within a couple of hours. She sorted the issues quickly and efficiently and our candidate was able to progress and complete her check. Thank you Lucy, i really appreciate your help and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Secure Services

Tom was a fantastic help at getting our DBS query resolved quickly and member of staff through the relevant checks.

Thanks for your help as always!

Customer service was great, had a couple minor problems on my end, but thanks to their great customer service it all got resolved within the hour. Thanks to Tom Wilkins in particular, he was an absolute star!

Fast effective service

Very helpful

Quick assistance, able to solve my problems relatively quickly.

Thanks so much Secure Screening. I am really happy the way you respond to my emails on time and help me understand what I needed to do.
I really appreciate you.
Thanks so much.

Team have since been in touch and helped.

Portal keeps crashing, they have addressed emails with using the wrong names, website is buggy. Contact center just asks you to email the Hello@ email address.

I'm done with these guys!

My company has hired them for our screening process and so far has been an horrible experience for me.
More than one hour trying to get my info and documents uploaded, including phone call with one of the representatives, for receiving an email that my data has been rejected and need to be resent. Anothe hour trying to upload and pass their "input shared code" stage where the sites just crashes. Still I could not finish the process

The team at Secure Screening Services are all superstars!
Prompt and very helpfull regardless of the issue. Amazing customer service skills and the process is pretty straight forward and easy to follow.
Thank you!

The System is easy to use, both as an administrator and as a candidate. The customer service is excellent, with no such thing (for them) as a silly question.
I am very happy with the service provided and recommend them to others.

Billy S. was absolutely superb!
Not only was he professional he was extremely patient, thorough and very supportive.
I was panicking like mad but thanks to Billy S. I think we get a result
We love you Billy S. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Very helpful ladies working there! I has great support from Yuliia, Lucy, Keira and Tina. They all supported me through the process of getting my BPSS check and advised how to do this is a very timely and polite manner.

I have used secure screening services and they have been incredibly helpful and understanding whilst my application was in progress, the members of staff go above and beyond making it easy and not stressful for someone like me who isn't very confident with filling these things in, particularly Michalina who was incredibly efficient and polite, I recommend using this company and if you are having difficulties, call them, as they will help it along smoothly!

Great Experience, quick response and any issues resolved very quickly.

Such a great company to work with - nothing is too much trouble, and no ask goes unresolved.

The screening team and our account manager, Gemma, are always on hand to provide support for us as much as our candidates, which we really value!

Special mention to Tom; thank you for providing an awesome service, and a swift resolution to my queries!

Easy to use and very helpful employees

I give 5 stars not because ever stage was easy but because of the 1-1 help Karren offered. She was patient and very supportive. Thank you so much
