Finally found Sonic X-treme!
It makes a huge different when merchants are enthusiasts of the products themselves. I've been looking for Sonic X-treme for years, and this one is a perfect representation down to the smallest detail. Although it's not available any place else, the price was more than reasonable!

High-quality Sega Saturn back-ups with great label art!
I'm a repeat and very satisfied Sega Replay customer. I've backed up all of my Sega Saturn games with reproduction cds with label art and I couldn't be happier. These are very high quality reproductions with beautiful labels and competitive pricing. Jeff at Sega Replay is very knowledgeable and is fantastic from a customer support point of view. You can ask for any American, European, or Japanese title. In addition, if there are any fan translations or hacks, those can be requested and made as well. The discs are also individually tested to ensure it is working properly prior to shipment. I will continue to support Sega Replay and you should as well!

I have tried out some of the repro disk and suoer great quality on the artwork on the disc and runs great ask long as you have the proper hardware. Highly recommend it 👌.
