I have bought twice from this company now and can't fault it. Delivery has been quick and really top quality pasta, pesto and passatta. The tinned tomatoes are also excellent.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 packs of chocolate grissini and they were all extremely short dated. My email questioning this practice has just been ignored. Would not shop with them again.
Ordered Monday. Delivered Wednesday. Great price, cheap delivery. Can’t fault the service at all. Never used them before and defo will again.
Wonderful products, difficult to find elsewhere. All 100% extra virgin olive oil. Hard to beat. Very well packed and extremely fast delivery. Buy with confidence
Ordered on 6th Dec, only received 13 days later despite calling before order to confirm they were definitely in stock. The man was rude & threatened to rather cancel my order instead of finally dispatching it despite having waited so long for it already & having ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas. Being ordered over Black Friday period is no excuse to delay deliveries to this extent. The shocking attitude towards a customer despite the unreasonable wait was appalling. Will certainly be taking my custom elsewhere that actually deliver what you pay for within reasonable time frames. Won't order from here ever again.
Absolutely delicious
I work as a professional caterer and love using their products. The taste is exceptional.
I used to occasionally buy Seggiano extra virgin oil but then switched to Pasquini. I haven't found a good source for the latter since Camisa and Sons sadly closed. I had a look around at the super market offerings and noticed the now mini-chain Lina had no choice bar their own and decided to go back to Seggiano.
I saw the products on Amazon but thought I'd go direct to their website. The shipping is a bit slow compared to modern online (mail order) retailers, it arrived 5-6 days after ordering which was fine for me.
The two oils I got are excellent but the packaging is disappointing.
I've noticed a lot of packaging over the last 2-4 years has switched from plastic to various forms of biodegradable packaging based on cardboard and paper. It's possible the foam pieces are made of cornstarch but there's a lot of standard bubble wrap in there. I buy from other retailers that are happy to ship high value products in glass bottles without using plastic packaging. This all seems especially odd for brands that are organic.
As with others it seems, it has been 11 days since I placed the order and not even 'processed'? Am awaiting an explanation and also feel I should have been informed of any delay. They were very quick to take payment but now have a ZERO for customer service.
UPDATE.
It looks like a genuine small business which were overwhelmed by the amount of Black Friday orders. I sympathise and understand but they should have still sent an email to all customers to explain the delay.
I will order from them again after the festive season and I'll update my review after trying all the products I ordered.
I received a reply to my email within less than 24 hours and it looks like my order will be dispatched within 48 hours after my email. Phoning them was less successful as they probably don't have time to phone back.

Same as the previous review, 10 working days since I placed my order and no updates from the company. I phoned today, nobody picked up the phone so left a message. Haven't heard back yet. I also emailed them today. I'll give them 2 days to reply, after that I'll contact my credit card to cancel the order. If they are indeed a family business then it's a shame they don't treat their customers with respect.
Maybe fake website? I ordered 12 days ago. No email confirmation nor order update on shipping.
Got a reply from customer service saying they’re really busy yet I’m the only person to leave a review on the website as of yet.
