J’ai commandé un SEKODA BONE CONDUCTION le 5/10/25. Cela fait depuis le 16 octobre que le colis n’a pas bougé. Malgré plusieurs relances. Rien n’a changé. Je pense que c’est une vraie arnaque fuyez ce site vous risquez de perdre votre argent. Je suis dégoûté.

I just ordered earbuds from this company after seeing what looks like the only good review online. Wish I would have looked here before I did that!
So it’s not really a known brand, I think I was thinking Sekonda but got mixed up.
I haven’t received my item yet but communication is with someone in China so now I know it’s going to take ages to get here, if it ever does.
Going to update this post once they arrive with approx delivery times and quality.

grosse arnaque de vente sur internet. Pas de respect de la loi pour achat à distance et pas d'espoir de se faire rembourser correctement. A bannir absolument

Énorme arnaque j'ai payé 109 euros pour des écouteurs et 1 mail avec 1 nulero de suivi qui n'existe pas...

I would give 0. I wanted to return product as headband on earphones too large and no ability to make smaller- this there reply:....we would like to offer you two solutions:
1.A refund of 3% of your order value while keeping the product.
2.Return the item for for a refund, with the following conditions:

Det största rånet. Jag betalade 1200 kr för hörlura sekoda. Men fick jag hörlurar XY-70, som bara kostar 189 kr. Total fusk. Köp inte från det webbplats.

Absolute rubbish. Cheap Chinese knockoffs. Fake website site giving rave reviews.

As a follow-up on below, requested info re returning the product as advised on their web page. This now 14 days ago and not a single reply received.
Think this confirms this shop are in no way trustworthy. Strongly suggest NOT to use this web page.

Typical Chinese junk not worth a dollar.

À part indiquer la bonne heure, cette montre connectée n’est pas fiable, ni les longueurs en natation, ni le rythme cardiaque, bref, à fuir c’est une arnaque.

Wish i had READ reviews before buying. Paid extra for fast delivery (which still took 3 weeks) but unhappy with quality of sound after only 2 hours, so emailed support, no reply, emailed a total of 7 times, no reply. Eventually had a reply and an offer of 3% of purchase price and keep them, or pay all charges for returning them (postage) and then minus £35 handling fee, which rendered returning them a total waste of time. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

Change mind and had no joy trying to make contact to cancel as Sekoda are not bothered once they have you money.
Note. look at there return chargers !
Not practable to return due to cost, that is why they sent even though cancelled whilst in there store

J’ai passé une commande le 26 septembre à 13h55. À 14h10, soit moins de 15 minutes après, j’ai immédiatement demandé l’annulation de ma commande.

Résultat : aucune réponse du service client pendant 3 jours. Puis, malgré ma demande claire et datée, ils ont quand même expédié le produit.

C’est totalement inacceptable :

ma demande d’annulation a été ignorée,

le virement bancaire est toujours en cours de traitement,

et ils prétendent expédier quand même, alors que j’avais exercé mon droit de rétractation avant expédition.

Pour moi, c’est une pratique trompeuse qui s’apparente à de l’escroquerie.
Je mets en garde les autres consommateurs : fuyez ce site, ne leur envoyez surtout pas d’argent par virement

Im super mad at this point! Id give it a zero if I could. Received the ring on Monday. Ive contacted them EVERYDAY for return address as I have the sizing wrong. At first I was happy to exchange and get them to help me with size, but now im too wild to bother. Website says they'll be in touch within 24hrs, and be aware you have 14days to return it and Im running out of time so they had better honour the return because of their lack of communication or I will write a bad review every month for 2yrs!!! At this stage, if I were you i would spend the extra $ and get something from a reputable brand, this isn't it.

My Sekoda GPS Sports Watch started with the BACK button not working. Now it has died completely in just over 1 month. The back of the watch shows signs that the waterseal has failed. Numerous attempts to get support has failed. Do not buy anything from this company. It is cheap Chinese rubbish and the review sites are scams

Jeg gav 1199,00 kr. for et ur der kan købes i Kina for under 25 $. Jeg har skrevet til dem, kontaktet Tænk og banken.

I paid over 100 euros and received airbuds XY 70 with value of 20 euro.

Kopl vare sendt fra Kina, tydligt at se de ikke matcher ,den reklame/ vare jeg så på deres hjemmeside, så falsk markedsføring helt igennem, så mega skuffet og kommer aldrig til at handle der mere, punktum.

Det er svindel, jeg ville bestille et ur som skulle være det bedste...
Der blev med at stå fejl! prøv igen. Så indtastet jeg mine konto oplysninger igen, men der kom ikke nogen ordre bekræftelse, nu kan jeg se at de har trukket fra SEKODA-DK 2x1199 kr. og fra deres andre hjemmesider! hvor en heder Candant der har de også hævet 1199 kr. og for at det ikke skal være løgn! så har de også en hjemmeside der heder Aegis der har man så valgt at KUN trække 1009,99 kr. Det har sikkert været en taste fejl? Hold jer langt væk fra de svindlere Jan L

Product purchased ear buds.
Whilst I was originally dismayed at what seemed to be a fake company has turned out to be, at least up until now, an ok experience.
I had originally written a negative review that I have since recanted.
Yes there are problems with getting in contact with the customer service, but the delivery was fast and the product is seemingly well made and easy to use.
So do not be put off by the negative reviews of people who have not tried the product.
As the product is used over an extended period, I will update this post if there are any negative issues.

After having used the buds for several weeks I have to admit that they have surpassed my expectations. I have had more expensive devices before, the conclusion is that they compare very favourably. They sit well in the ear and the noise cancelling works well.
All in all a good product.
