Great and excellent customer service

Selar works great. Need to onboard Kes payments via bank as it's presently via Mpesa. Customer service is accessible and responsive. I've enjoyed the platform.

I made a sale through Selar and the payout has been put on hold with no clear explanation. Instead of a straightforward verification process, I've been asked to hand over a long list of sensitive personal identity details before they'll even consider releasing money I've already earned. There's no transparency about why the hold happened or how long it will last, and getting a straight answer from support has been slow and frustrating. For a platform that handles people's income, this is not okay. I can't recommend trusting Selar to reliably pay out what you're owed.

They are easy to communicate.. the customer service is impressive

Abiodun is one unique operator I've spoken with in a very long time. Faced with a lot of traffic, tries to understand, response timely and propose solutions to the customer.
I'm impressed by the service he offered me.

One of my biggest challenges with Selar has been the partners they work with for fund withdrawals and account crediting. Sometimes these partners experience downtime, and other times they hold funds for no clear reason, leaving users stranded without proper support or resolution from Selar.

It’s honestly very disappointing because creators work hard to make sales, see the money reflected in their wallets, initiate withdrawals, and then the funds end up “hanging in the air” long after the stated 48-hour processing period.

This is a request to Selar to consider working with multiple partners or creating backup systems to handle issues like downtime and delayed transactions more efficiently. At the moment, it feels discouraging to rely on a platform where these issues persist without adequate support.

I also think this is partly what happens when a company operates with little real competition in the market, because at this point Selar is starting to feel almost like a monopoly.

Experience differs but I must sincerely say that selar swept my feet.
Its the best platform have utilised ever to skyrocket my services.

And customer service...? Those people re real humans not robot. They have empathy spirit and don't find you all guilty even when you re in mistake Without going through their policy first.

Their consideration intelligence is 100%
They sure know how to keep their audience returning again and again.

They value each user's satisfaction over printed and rigid document.

Selar is just fantastic e-commerce platform for Africans. I love them and they're doing very well. Their services are seamless and helpful to any creator selling digital services and products including physical products. Customer services also very effective and respond within reasonable time.

Useless if you want to have customers pay from outside of the country and even more useless when you try to get help from customer service.
One of the most unhelpful customer service teams I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They keep repeating the same tired sentence: “we will get back to you when we have an update”.
No concern for the fact that they’re stalling your business.
No timelines like every good company should have.

Would not recommend.
