Site is not loading. First time using it. I am so disappointed

Excellent and reliable customer service experience. I'm seriously impressed.

I am extremely disappointed in Selar 's execution. Too low and vague . They deduct their commission instantly but to pay out becomes a problem. This act is grossly inappropriate it could affect people's businesses.
It's been 7 days ,skar has not resolved pending and on-hold payouts.

No instructions on how to navigate the site and all.

Any Nigerian company must out you through stress ,why does it have to be like this???

Fast replies but they can do better in terms of guiding new users on what to do so payments can be processed alot faster, thank you akeelah for fast replies

Selar offers a great platform, and the accessibility of their support team is a plus, but the execution needs more rigor. While it is easy to initiate contact via live chat, the resolution cycle is inconsistent. I frequently find myself having to follow up multiple times to get a definitive answer. 'Vague' communication doesn't work when you're managing a business, we need precision. Selar is a strong tool, but they need to move from being 'easy to talk to' to being 'reliable in closing the loop' without the user acting as a project manager for their own support tickets.

They're so good with their support. There was a day my payout failed and I reached out to their support and they resolved it instantly.

I choose Selar for easy international market transactions but it’s unfortunate that I’ve really been frustrated in the last few days. A customer paid me and I couldn’t access it. After several complaints and emails, I still couldn’t get my money.

I had a failed transaction yesterday and today it was rectified...
