Told Kai that continuing with my primary care physician was my priority with any plan offered, and he assured me that this plan would do that. Just turned away this morning due to NOT being in network!

Melissa Mcclaskey gave me exceptional service over the phone this afternoon. she was so patient with me even when I stutter when I speak sometimes or am a little slow to understand. she understood what I needed without me having to over explain or try to explain what I needed. I didn't know how to explain myself very good but she just knew I needed her help and her painting the picture for me and she was very patient with me and excellent the whole time and so very kind in heart! I will definitely recommend her to people close to me! she is amazing! 10/10
